Went to get my 6yr old a tablet, employee greeted us at the door, then when I wanted to buy one, 5 employees just walked by and watched me.aftwr 15 mins I left, went to Walmart and bought what I needed. Just because someone looks poor in work clothes, doesn't mean I didn't have 5 grand in my pocket, u guys treated me and my family like 2nd class citizens when I tried to spend money, thanks for nothing. Also I talked up best buy like it was awesome to my kids and u disappointed tf outta them, we won't be back

I went there to buy a particular TV. The salesperson immediately tried to upsell me to another brand, of course more expensive.

It's just a storage facility for the Newport News Best Buy. They have nothing and just walking around that place is depressing.

When going to this location, have in mind self-help. Do your own research for the item you are going to purchase. Look for self check out because this location has no sales associates to assist with your purchases. Very very disappointing. We walked in and walked right out and made purchases at their competitors.

while there the employee got visibly annoyed at the fact i was price checking pc parts and then proceeded to tell me they dont price check everything only select items, then i asked ”can i see the item i cant see the specs” (bc it was behind a display and i was trying to find it online) and he responded “you cant see it now.” then when i asked if they had airtags he said we might be out and then stood there didnt look it up didnt check and so i just said ok and moved on and on top of that unlike the best buy down in newport news this one doesnt offer military discount

Purchased an LG tv from here. Ordered same day pick up. The process was fast quick and easy, a worker helped us load it into the car.
