Drove from Lynchburg to visit as ours is closed. Selection on everything is pathetic. One worker that we saw. Holiday selection is a fraction of what they used to have. Sad to see this great overhaul ruined a great thing. I loved big lots before they changed hands but now Will never go to another big lots.

I am so happy that Big Lots stores are back. We still have stores that we don't have to shop in and work for our purchases. No to scanning and bagging

Always find interesting and useful things! They now have a lot of clothing items. Much less furniture. Some food items. I like to stop and look around.

I went in today to returned a product that was defective and I was treated horrible by the cashier at the counter and she also claimed to be a manger on duty when I asked to speak to a manger, so it was no one else that I could speak to and she was comparing the product that I tried to return which was a hair brush to an underwear. A customer in front of me, she was returning items and employee treated her very well and even gave her a hug and all, so I feel like it was personal, she was being discriminated against me. Have been trying to get in contact with customer service and corporate for hours now. But will keep trying to get in contact with someone to have this issues look in to and find out what the issues is with her. I did went to another big lot location and I was able to return the product with non problems and I was treated nice and kid and welcome.

You never know what goodies you will see, something there that you never knew you needed. Been several times since our move to Williamsburg and never disappointed in shopping there. Clean and neat and well stocked on so many everyday products at much cheaper prices found elsewhere. Great adventure in shopping. Highly recommend.

Best and biggest Big Lots I've ever shopped at. It's clean, large furniture selection, and I always find great deals. Love it.

I was in there Friday, 7/26 while waiting for Mr. Fix Williamsburg across the parking lot to install my new phone battery. In the first 15 minutes I was in the store I had two employees stop me to ask if I needed any help. I figured I need to buy a lottery ticket, lol. Anyway, you can't go wrong shopping at a store that cares about their customers like that.

The salesperson wasn't nice at all. I asked if the summer items were on sale. She said no nut their was a tag saying that they were on sale. I went to the register, and the sale tag was 10% off. Something is better than nothing. Store clean. Employee in a circle conversation. Not assisting. I'm a visitor from another state. I feel like this was not great customer service

Big lots in Williamsburg is awesome. The prices are good and the furniture is the best. However, the delivery third party company sucks.
