Inane levels of inadequacy. Employee belittled me by implying that I was having an issue because I 'didn't have my data switched on'. HE WAS WRONG AND I HAD ALREADY EXPLAINED MY ISSUES TO HIM. He was unprofessional and useless. He treated me as an incompetent when It was he who was truly incapable of performing a service.
