BP is a convenience store and gas station praised as a little heaven and compared to Walt Disney World. Customers love the staff, who are described as very polite and who treat people like an old neighbor. The store offers a huge variety, including food made from scratch, a Broasters for chicken and fish, excellent subs, plentiful snacks, and a great selection of beer and wine. A standout feature is the Dole Soft-serve ice cream machine. However, some hours of operation are unclear, and one customer found a staff member unpleasant. Overall, it is considered an A+ location with everything you could need.

All the low score on here really? Come on over to Newport News and see how people treat each other in public. This store is heaven! They make food from scratch and treat you like an old neighbor!

In addition, even if you are buying something from the convenience store. There is a sign that says “Don’t even think about parking here”. I guess they save the best spots for themselves and their paying customers have to be inconvenienced. Do not buy gas or shop here, they do not respect their customers.
