This store is so poorly run! I’ve gone in a few times to make returns/exchanges and each time the employees always act as if they are doing you a favor by helping. Then they take 45 minutes to process a return. Today we went in to make a return/exchange, and the supervisor Naema, flat out refused to help us. She said she was unable to help unless we had a physical receipt, we did not have one, but provided the digital one instead. In the past they have been able to help us with just the confirmation email. We explained this and she still wouldn’t help us. She didn’t even attempt to look it up in her system. If you have the option to go to a different location, do yourself a favor and go there instead. Brooks Brothers clothing is amazing, however it’s not worth purchasing if anytime we try to return or exchange an item, it’s a total hassle and the employees are not helpful.

I’ve been visiting this store over the past 3 years. The fabrics were always great and the staff were super friendly. Today, the staff was rude and condescending. Despite this, I ended up purchasing a few items but the package was not done properly. I asked for a gift wrap but the staff threw in a bunch of poor quality boxes in a paper bag and rushed away. This is not the service one would expect from a premium store!

I won't sit foot in another Brooks Brothers. Where is the quality control and doing the right thing? Got fitted in the store, and tried on a shirt that the salesperson recommended. The fit looked fantastic. Didn't buy that one, but bought three others all the same size and spent the most I ever had on shirts. I was planning on returning this week to look at suites, however no need at this point.
Came home and tried on one to show the wife, and she loved it, the fit was great. Threw them all in the wash. Afterward, found out that the other two that I bought fit NOTHING like the 1st one. The other two were way too big, all the same brand all the same size looked terrible. Check out the photos. I had to wear one to an event that night, but had a suit on so it wasn't so noticeable. Tried to exchange them, and they refused and showed me their return policy. Hate for them to have to violate the return/ exchange policy by doing the right thing. Even an offer of a discount or find a way to help.
I did not expect to need to try on all the shirts that had the same Brookes Brothers label and the same size on them to make sure they fit the same. I don't expect to have to do that on a lower-priced shirt let alone one of theirs. Amazon here I come, with your great return policy. So much for trying to support my local brick-and-mortar store

Patricia was super helpful when my son came here to buy his first "real" suit. Answered all questions and he never felt ignorant for asking. Great sense of humor too. We'll be back.
