Trash piled up outside, pool empty, roaches all over the bathroom, no fire alarms on property. Asked the manager and he said there was no fire so what’s the problem. Not up to code. No light bulbs in fixture and furniture in rough shape. Would give zero stars if possible. Not like pictures posted.

Me and my husband been living at this hotel for a while the man in the front desk is mad cool. He fixes stuff when need be he make his customers happy I love it because it’s weekly rates and also he has a amazing housekeeper she can clean the hell out some rooms I love her best hotel

Booked online - went to check in and room was not ready - told to come back and room was still not ready 4 hours later. Was then told I can not have the room and will not provide a refund.

family and i stayed here one year while we were going to busch gardens, because all the other nearby hotels were booked. the atmosphere was very sketchy and the facility overall wasn't clean. it felt like we were being watched the whole time. you get what you pay for, but i do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Friendly Staff; Courtesy driven, located near great restaurant in colonial Williamsburg, rooms are very comfortable quality mattress, Great view, an Very Safe environment.

stay away from the hotel in Williamsburg They harbor drug dealers.I told them about a room ho had a girl trying to sell me coke. they said they would handle it.she still living there selling coke stay away next comes a shoot out over drugs

The owner is a friend of mine and is a wonderful lady. However, this is an older motel and doesn't have the best amenities. It does have a pool and is literally seconds from downtown Colonial Williamsburg and minutes from one of the largest outlet malls in the state. I would stay here if I needed inexpensive lodging in central Williamsburg.

This is the worst motel I've ever been to! We walked in and there was roaches, bed bugs & mold... I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT STAY HERE! I DON'T THINK SO... PURE NASTINESS....!!! I dont even give this place one star but had to because it wouldn't let me post.
