I've passed by this car wash for years and thought I'd give it a try.
Overall it's a decent place to go to. I paid for the most expensive package and even tipped the tech pretty well and I can tell the interior was neglected a bit. Everything had a smear on it when I got in. Probably from the same towel being wiped across everything. Also, I could tell vacuuming wasn't done in some areas. No big deal though as I can wipe the smears away and vacuum certain areas myself.
All of the employees were really nice and helpful though and seemed to care. I might give it one more try and see if things improve.

I went to buggy bath, and they didn’t provide the services I requested (car wash and vacuum / interior detail). When it was done, no one notified me, and I went to the car, and it wasn’t clean. I spoke to the managers, and one of them (a man), was incredibly disrespectful and nasty to me. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Paid for the $49.95 option plus $10 tip and they did not even vacuum inside of the car-did nothing to the inside of the car! When I complained the guy said oh they probably forgot like it happens all the time. Will not be returning here ever again!

I had a 21 year old truck detailed at Buggy Bathe. There is one word for what Mike did to the truck: TRANSFORMATIVE. The vehicle was FILTHY with cat hair and odors inside and had dirt and more stuck on the outside. He took care of everything in a day. It was amazing! It looks like a new old truck. I appreciate the service and suggestions to keep the truck protected.

Two different employees came in with an engine filter, saying it needed to be changed. Said they don't have it in stock and could order it. In an empty garage, where I'm the only car, and they have four guys working on it, two of those guys didn't talk to each other, one of them who's supposed to be the supervisor. They each showed me a filter, which I probably should have taken a closer look at and check the serial numbers on, because I was already feeling suspicious about this.
I get up to the counter, and finally charged me for the filter. They claim that it turns out they actually had it so they just went ahead and put it on, without confirming to me that I wanted to purchase it immediately that day. One of the Juniors was dancing around and refused to look me in the eye when I was asking questions, and three different people at the counter including the supposed supervisor were all giving me different excuses and trying to absolve themselves of the situation. I have a very strong feeling that they were trying to run a game on me, and I will not be going back.
Go to jiffy lube, or AAA.

Customer took his 2000 Toyota pickup truck to a local body shop because he thought it needed to be repainted. 8,500 was the quote that they gave him. It took me 3 days and 28 pads. We also put a ceramic coating on it.
