“I bought two cans of paint for painting my patio and I chose a brick red color from the catalog. Mr Charles Tomaski was in charge of color grading. The color grading was finished according to the computer program settings, but there is still a big difference to the color card which I chose. I asked Mr Tomaski to make corrections, but there were still subtle differences in each adjustment. After 7-8 times, it finally reached a level closer to the color card. I know that because of my profession, I am very strict and picky about the color. Mr Tomaski has done it over and over again, very patiently for me, Thank you. Mr Tomaski. Now I am very happy with the color of my patio.”

“I have not been on the beacon website for a good while. I was on the site looking for products. I happened to check out the reviews and I read a review that Kenny White had written in response to a what I had gathered was a harsh review written by James G. In Mr. G's defense, I had not seen his review so I don't know what his problems were. Seeing that all the reviews that I read this morning were rather dated so I figured I would leave a fresh review. I have never left a review until this one but I feel I needed to leave one this morning. I can't say enough good about the crew at Beacon. The people in the yard are always eager to help and understand that time is money and give us the best service anyone can ask for. The crew at the counter are always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They waste little time getting your order together, getting you on your way back to your jobsite. I find it very hard to believe that anyone at Beacon would ever give a customer a difficult time. Lastly, I can't say enough about Kenny White, he goes to no end to find you what you are looking for. In my 40 years in this business I have never had a manager work that hard to make sure you were happy. Cudos to you all at Beacon, don't change a thing.Doug C”
