I love this gym. It’s a different experience for me. As far as the gym is concerned the people are very professional. They have several trainers that are on the floor at any given time. They’re there to help you succeed, more importantly, we are a family.

An amazing gym with people of all ages and body types! All of the trainers are fantastic, kind, and motivating!! One of the biggest things that stands out to me is that the trainers come and work out even when they’re not teaching the class. This shows me that the programming works, and the staff is dedicated to the process! I never feel nervous, and I always have felt accepted! one month in and looking forward to the future benefits for my health and wellness!!

Burn Bootcamp Williamsburg is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with encouragement, positivity, and a sense of belonging. The trainers are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in your success—no matter your fitness level or goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or have been working out for years, they meet you where you are and help you grow from there. The energy in the gym is contagious, and the community is supportive and uplifting. It has been a welcomed addition to my workout routine!

If you’re ready to show up for yourself but don’t know where to start, BURN is an excellent choice. The team atmosphere and coaching with each class helps keep you motivated and accountable. This is my first true time working out and the longest I’ve stuck with it as well, and it’s because of the support! 10/10

The workouts are unique every single time. The coaches are phenomenal and help you adapt any exercise to your ability. And they take the time to truly help you reach your goals. I’ve only been going a month and I’m continually amazed by how each coach knows every single person and greets you by name. And having childcare is a huge blessing and helps me work out consistently.

I have been with Burn Williamsburg for nearly 6 months and hooked on it since Day 1. The atmosphere and community they have built is unbelievably admirable - warm, welcoming, encouraging, accessible. All staff are kind and knowledgeable, including the child care and front desk folks. The workouts are challenging, but they’re meant to be. The trainers are entirely equipped to meet you where you are and coach you through any and all movements. I have especially enjoyed the combination of cardio/HIIT and strength training. At Burn Williamsburg, you gain not only lasting results but a lasting community.
A special shoutout to Diane, a trainer who has pushed me to see that I am, indeed, stronger than I think.

I’ve been going to Burn for about 5 weeks now and I really enjoy it bc I need to get out of my house to workout since I have young kids and homeschool. It’s been very helpful getting that in and have met a lot of really nice people who are there encouraging each other no matter what level you’re starting from. The trainers are very helpful and motivating, every time I go I say this was the hardest one yet…but it’s a good hard! Love the floating floor too bc with knee problems it’s very helpful.

The Burn Boot Camp Community is great! It will definitely work you out...it was just not for me. I personally felt cramped on the workout floor between other people working out and equipment. I was also driving over an hour to workout as well. If a wall was knocked out and the floor expanded...I would consider it worth it. Also, move the cubbies to not interfere with equipment/exercise. I was going through an obstacle course just to get some water since you can't have it on the workout floor. Despite my personal criticisms I would still recommend it.

Burn Boot Camp is the best workout and gym in Williamsburg! Everyone there is so supportive and encouraging and the trainers are motivational and knowledgeable. Childcare is a huge bonus and seeing results is really the only confirmation you need that the hard work pays off.

All trainers made me feel welcome from day one, the training is hard but the motivation is top notch. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and help you throughout the class by constantly scanning the floor. 1 month in and I am already seeing results. It transforms not only your boy but your mindset. You get unlimited focus meetings where you can talk to a trainer one on one on any goals, concerns or just ask them any questions. The childcare is a lifesaver and my son has so much fun. I love that I can focus on myself for 45 minutes and know my son is in good hands.

Absolutely a great place with awesome trainers and equipment. The workouts are exactly what I was looking for, with constant positive encouragement from everyone. The training is as challenging as you want to make it, perfect for any fitness level or age. I'm 62 and love the place!

I was an out of shape and overweight 69 year woman on January 1 of this year. I decided to commit to a better body and better health and I couldn’t have found a better partner than Jason and all the other trainers at Burn Boot Camp in Williamsburg Virginia. They are always encouraging to their students and emphasize good form over the amount of weight you are able to handle. Thank you!
