We were visiting family and damaged my bumper (hit a low curb) and it was dragging on the tire. I called Caliber and talked to Sorin. She took me in without an appointment and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. She was great! Professional and friendly, and understand of my issue. Highly recommended!!

Getting in an accident is a scary experience, but if your insurance carrier works with Caliber Collision in Williamsburg, you’re in luck! The entire team at this location are absolute gems and work so well with the insurance companies, you have nothing to worry about. Love how they communicate, educate, and throw in free shuttle service to the rental car places. They even tried their best to save me money on a couple of other issues I was having with my vehicle. Wonderful, compassionate team who LOVE making cars like new and love their customers.

Needed a jump start for my Highlander at Sam’s car wash next door. They could not help but when I went to Caliber, Barbara was almost immediately on her way to the car with a portable charger. Drove away five minutes after asking for help!
Reading some of the other reviews tells me that great customer service is the norm with Barbara and her team.
