My daughter has been here at Childcare Network since August 2023, and it has been a great experience for us! We love coming here. The teachers are so loving and caring towards her and she will go to them with no hesitation at drop off. I love that each class goes by a schedule and she has adapted so well since being here! We would recommend Childcare Network to anyone looking for childcare. The new management and staff has been on point with everything and explained the daycare revamping from things that happened in the past. I am so grateful for this daycare, my daughter and I love it a lot! She is always looking forward to seeing her teachers and friends everyday! This was my first time enrolling my daughter in daycare, and I’m so glad I was able to get her in here. Don’t hesitate to take a tour and enroll your child, you will not be disappointed.

CCN has always taken care of my son and put his health and care first. He has attended from 12 weeks to 2 years and loved his teachers and administrator. We also have had no problems with the teachers or curriculum. The only problem is they could not keep up their staff and have had multiple staffing issues. If they were fully staffed we would still be attending but we could not keep taking time off of work to cover for lack of daycare.

These people are trash I been hearing bad things about this daycare and what I have saw on Facebook not please about that little girl what happened to her yall are abusive to thoes kids and I hope you pay for it every last one of you ????????????? them children can't talk for them selves and you have the nerve to say that little girl fell of a book.shelf shame on yall . I hope this place get shut down.

My daughter loves the staff here. She has grown and learned from the children around her and now smiles everyday at drop off. There has not been one day I have walk in and they are not actively playing with her or caring for her. All the staff is extremely kind and caring!

My son has been attending this facility since he was an infant and has moved up to the school age class. Through all the ups and downs CCN has always put my child first and I'm glad Miss Katrina has been with us the entire time juggling with all the changes and keeping us parents informed of any Covid cases as well as emphasizing with us, parents for any inconvenience I am glad to be a part of the CCN family.

I normally do not write reviews but I take childcare very seriously and I would want to know information such as if I was looking for a new daycare. I scheduled a tour with Childcare Network, despite the reviews, for 2 weeks out. They text me multiple times to confirm, even the day of. I showed up with my child, waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. While waiting I overheard adults yelling at children “I don’t care” and things of that nature as could hear children crying. When I finally got in touch with someone from the facility by phone they had me wait even longer just to find out they had no idea I was coming and no idea when they could reschedule. Beware very unprofessional, unfriendly, and unorganized.

Stay away. We are a military family that has used 5 daycares in 4 different states for our 3 children… This location has seen at least 3 different directors and countless teacher turnover in the YEAR we have been there.This has to be the most Logistically and Administratively BROKEN daycare I have ever seen. Almost to the point of being criminally liable (we just disenrolled our daughter due to a violent interaction with an uncontrolled/unsupervised student resulting in our child receiving stitches in her face)…ZERO priority is placed on safety. Access control to the entrances are either propped wide open or can be gained through following others. There is no security upon entry or exit leaving the children absolutely vulnerable. The play areas inside and outside are in severe disrepair, and they are almost always short-staffed with children being left unattended or uncared for (I was once told to take my daughter to the bathroom before leaving because she “has to go real bad, but I [teacher] couldn’t take her”…We have had bad experiences with childcare (social disagreements or cultural differences) that are understandable… This facility is downright unsafe, and after speaking to their corporate legal counsel to begin the process of pressing endangerment charges, it’s sound like they are only partially aware of the negligence and disgust at which this facility is run.Long story short, you get what you pay for, and this Childcare Network is BOTTOM of the barrel. My wife is quitting her job to care for our daughter because her safety is that important to us.

My daughter trusted this facility to aid in the care of my grand child and they completely failed her. For a countless number of days she has been unable toWork because the facility is ALWAYS at capacity! They have a first come first serve basis....even if you're paid in full! Now my daughter is being forced to resign from her job because of insufficient daycare. Now she has to start over to attempt to provide for herself and child. This is very unfair and frustrating!

Please listen when i say avoid the childcare network in williamsburg,va. Im sure the others are just as bad. Lets start with the employees. A majority dont speak when you walk in the building no hello or goodbye. I have to initiate all of it. I also walk into a class with 12-15 children and the woman has her backed turned to the entire class while she is throwing food down her face. What set all of this recent rant is they let my 4 year old son escape daycare and run into the parking lot amd no incident report after a week. As in infant they bleached his clothing. I feel like a terrible parent for keeping him there this long due to convenience. This place is poorly managed and under staffed with people qualified to be around children. Please take me seriously. I can go on for days but i think i should have said enough to get my point across.

Please check the Virginia Department of Licensing and Social Services before enrolling your child here. You will see their repeated violations, including issues with cleanliness, safety, and proper background checks for their staff. In addition, they improperly handle your child's enrollment records.
