Most of the grocery delivery orders I have put in over the past several weeks have been delayed, one of them so long that the store closed without anybody contacting us and we had to reschedule for the next day. Every single order we have put in for weeks has had multiple items show up as unavailable with no substitutions showing after we put in our order, and after our most recent order had multiple very simple items unavailable we drove to the store, just to find the shelves packed with what was allegedly "out of stock" . lt is completely unacceptable, and refuse to pay for a service that ends up being more work than doing it myself.

Curbside pickup is horrendous. After using it several times and waiting 30-35 minutes, I decided to try it at an off-peak time. This time my wait was approx. 25-minutes. I noticed cars that parked after I did with shoppers who entered the store, returned to their cars & left with multiple grocery bags while I still waited for curbside.
The kicker on this last curbside visit: I was there to pickup a single blind. When I got home I looked at the box and there was a customer return receipt taped to the box indicating a previous customer returned it (over a month ago) because it was broken. The Williamsburg Walmart recycled a broken product to me.
I had to drive back to the store to return it, inside, and wait 5-deep in line (at least 15-minutes). I've given it multiple chances to work well for me: I am done with curbside!

Best Wal-Mart I have ever been to. I've never gone this out of my way, but I will say I plan to call the main office and recommend the managers receive raises here for being so friendly, helpful, and making it a business I enjoy shopping at.

If you’re looking to pick up a pack of razors go elsewhere. They now have them in a locked case and there’s no one back there to unlock it for you even though it’s right across the isle from the order pickup department! Ugh!
