Today, I had a very positive experience with a manager named Winter, at the Premium Outlets' Crocs in Williamsburg! In fact, all the staff were available & helpful, but Winter went above & beyond!

I waited for the store to open and it was well worth it!! I wish I got the young lady name that helped!! It literally wasn’t any bluey crocs left that I could see so I asked for help and immediately she came and actually knew what size she had left and it was the size I needed!! Thank you for going the extra mile you saved me from a meltdown from my son 😊😊

Just showed up at 6:20pm when it says the store closes at 7pm. Doors were locked.

Excited to get some crocs for my kids after a day at BG since we don’t have one near our hometown. Online said they closed at 9 on a Friday when we got to the door at 8:30 it was locked. If hours are wrong online please update them to keep this from happening.

Store says the hours are 10am to 8pm and this is the second time the store was completely dark by 7:30pm

I remember way back when Crocs were the shoes that you'd buy from the dollar store when you were on vacation and your shoes got a hole in them. Now they're charging $50 for the basic pair of crocs, no add-ons no nothing
