The storage area is clean and well protected. The business seems organized and professional. What I did not like was the misleading marketing practice used to disguise the actual monthly charge for the unit. The number I was given was about half of the amount payable after the first month.

Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time
Many people might think renting a storage unit is a simple task, but when you’re going through a crisis or facing an unexpected emergency, it becomes so much more than just finding space. Clean and well maintained facility with very polite and professional staff. Their customer service is outstanding. I called with an issue and not only were they quick to resolve it, but they far exceeded my expectations by going over and beyond to ensure it was resolved.

Units are not at the same location as the office. Regardless of what you sign up for online, you get the same rate by just going to the office. They give you a gate code but I have yet to see if it works because the gate is always open (even at midnight/1am) If you do not have the correct lock for your unit when you sign for it, they will have you purchase one, and it’s not even a new lock, it is one that is already inside the unit.
I would say they are reasonably priced for the area. I have never felt unsafe or like my unit was unsafe, just don’t like the fact the gate is never locked when it should be.

4 years at Cube Smart on Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg VA and I've had enough. Raising prices without any notice, no security, rest rooms are disgusting!
