I would normally have given them more stars because most of the staff are fast, friendly and accommodating. I've only had to deal with this particular pharmacist twice, thank God! She has been a rude, condescending WENCH both times. I understand that they are all short staffed and overworked, but that's no excuse to treat anyone like that, let alone your customers. In short, my review is based solely on the pharmacist and not the rest of the staff and store in its entirety.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy. Waited for 15 minutes before giving up. Service at the drive through has been ok, at least.

I've never been so disrespected by a pharmacist! I had called to check on the status on a prescription only to be told they never received it. I was calm about it and said "I have the paperwork. Is there a way I can bring in the paperwork from the hospital cause I had the prescription proof"...and the lady freaking got mad at me and raised her voice like I was bothering her or something so I hung up. I'm super pissed about it still even though this was 5 hours ago! That is not how you treat someone and I did customer service for 10 years. I had to call the other CVS and they were so helpful and so much more respectful. Apparently someone hates their job and took it on me -.- I seriously just had hip surgery lady and just wanted to know what to do and my bf broke his leg right before it so I hope you feel so great about what you did! Never doing service here again!

Just had to switch over from Rite Aid (Closed down ) and very very unhappy with the service so far.They do not fill my prescriptions on time, they don’t have enough people to help you when you come in to pick up prescriptions.Always wait at least 20 to 30 minutes.

They keep “putting my order on hold” for medications that I need ASAP. Now I have a medication that again.. they said was on hold. When I went to ask why they took it off hold and said come back in 2 hours and they would call when it’s ready.. that was a week ago.I’ve been trying to call all week and it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone.I don’t really want to waste my time driving up for them to tell me it’s not available or on hold again.CVS is such a pain. I’m switching pharmacies. This is unacceptable.

Still waiting for a script...says on order but getting a human on the phone is impossible..on hold for over an hour. They get a one star only because front of store is great and all the sales associates I have had interactions with have been helpful but the phone call that they could answer a question for a patient is absolutely uncalled for! Hire some people CVS or you will no longer have locals coming in which will end your business here.

The employees in the front of the store at this particular location store # 1550 are so rude. I will be visiting another location I don’t care if I have to drive across town to get better service I definitely will not be visiting this location.

My husband had surgery, meds were called in way before we left the hospital, got to the the pharmacy and they were not ready, had to take my husband home and leave him alone while I came back to the pharmacy and had to continue to wait almost 2 hours longer for a total of about 5 hours

This pharmacy is completely unhelpful. They keep texting me to pick up a prescription that I do not want. I've tried calling multiple times and get hung up on after waiting over 30 minutes on hold each time. Just got hung up on again after waiting 37 minutes on hold. Would never go here if someone paid me to after this service.

I can not begin to thank the pharmacist Ms. Jones for taking the time and effort to help me out. On a trip to Williamsburg, I had forgotten a fairly important medication at home. She did everything she could to resolve the situation. I was scared about any withdrawal effects I might have had driving the 8 hours home. I found everyone in the pharmacy extremely helpful. The area is lucky to have a CVS staffed with such caring people.

I couldn’t be happier with my new pharmacy, CVS. The store is very clean and well laid out. The pharmacist and storefront cashier were extremely helpful, courteous and made feel welcome. I wish I had switched pharmacies sooner.

In the past I wasn't have good service but after yesterday when Tori helped me with my rsv shot and my prescription I will continue to use this cvs . Tori was much needed at this location .

This is one of the better CVS in the area. The pharmacy is open past 6! Amazing! They are currently dealing with a massive line with just 3 of them back there. This store is awesome! I do recommend ?

Terrible experience. My wife and I went to pick up several prescriptions that our doctor had called in. The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed we were there, told us my wife's prescription wasn't ready, they had no record of mine and they were closing for lunch so we needed to come back in one hour. Which we did. Then she said to come back in 45 minutes, which we did, and they still weren't ready. We waited another hour until we finally got the prescriptions, only to get home to see that one was missing. So we had to go back again. The whole ordeal was around four hours. Not going back there.
