When I picked up my prescription for a total of 14 pills, the staff was laughing and quite engaged with a customer. I made a comment to the woman checking me out that I didn’t want to crash on their party. She stated that he came there all the time. I received my script and when I got home, something told me to count my pills. There were 13, not 14 as prescribed. I drove back to CVS at Target and spoke to the same woman who checked me out. (By the way, the same customer who was there when I first came was still there, and there was still a lot of bantering with the staff and the customer. I was told that someone would be there shortly). She took the meds I handed back to her after I explained the incorrect fill and returned shortly with “here you go.” I realize that mistakes happen. There was no apology for the error or for the inconvenience of my driving back to CVS. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist took no responsibility for the error and did not have the decency to speak with me. I will find another pharmacy ASAP. This is utter incompetency.

I wrote a negative review earlier but this place recently changed their pharmacy team and the pharmacists now are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also order your meds promptly and ensure the manufacturer is the one that works for you. My son is on a special formula because of his food allergies and they always go out of the way to have the formula supplied on time.

QUESTION: Are CVS pharmacists going on strike?RESPONSE: But how could you tell if they were on strike?I've read the reviews posted. I experienced most of them. Awful, inattentive, indifferent . . . nothing new to add.But let me share a unique concern for today.This is flu vaccine day. When I finally got to the counter, the person* on the other side turns on her heel and proclaims, "I got to give an injection" and walked over to administer a shot. She picked up a vial from among a dozen arrayed on a table and performed the injection.Concern (1)The flu vaccine must remain refrigerated until used. Those vials were were out in room temperature for at least 20 minutes, the period I stood on line.Concern (2)The person* did not wash her hands*I use the term "person" because of the 5 people behind the counter, none had an ID tag, Name Tag or Anything to indicate their position as a Pharmacist, Tech, or whatever.

Understaffed, so expect to wait hours for important medications. Waiting in line the pharmacist called me up and then proceeded to walk away. Finally after 20 minutes waiting as the only person in line, I asked if I should come back later. She claimed she didn't see me and that she had checked and saw no one there, even though I was standing in plain view the whole time. Still haven't gotten my prescription.

This place is a disgrace to the health care industry. Left the ER on Monday (not a holiday) at 4pm. Went to the pharmacy to pick up the much needed meds, only to find out they were closed all day for some unknown reason (even though the web site indicated the were open until 8pm that day). Called the following morning, on hold for nearly an hour and finally hung up. This place should just shut down.

After being cussed out by the cvs on Richmond road, i transferred my prescriptions to this location is hopes that i may be treated like a human being and with an ounce of respect. Thankfully the tech and the pharmacist were two of the nicest humans i have met in a long time. I came in about an hour after my estimated time of pickup and it was just getting finished but she assured me that they would expedite it so that it would be ready by the time i circled back. When i came back for it they remembered my name and had pulled my script up for me without me having to tell them who i was. Sometimes it’s just nice to see that they took the time to look at me. After my last experience with a cvs i thought I’d never want to see a pharmacist again but they definitely restored my faith that some people care even just a little. I will be coming to get my scripts from this location every time now. Thank you again!

Waited in the phone for 45 minutes...someone picked up then hung up. I called back and it said they were closed for lunch.

CVS Pharmacy has terrible customer service, perhaps because their pharmacists and staff are worked to death. Phones go unanswered- you witness the constant ringing when you're in the pharmacy line. CVS and the companies they own are all about money and sales. They care not about their employees or their patrons. I will NOT ever have an RX filled with them again. I go to a local pharmacy now, they know me by name, their prices are less than the chain stores, and they give you personal service with a smile!

Cvs does NOT honor their commitment to quality health care or respectful customer service. Person administering covid and flu vaccines refused to provide services to customers with scheduled appt clearly due to their system failure or defects. Waste of time and poor customer service

I wanted to pick up a lancing device for my son while picking a few other things up from Target. The young lady behind the counter told me to go somewhere else! Worst experience ever (and I frequent pharmacies often for my son's sake) by far. I was shocked at her demeanor, how rude she was, and how simple it was for her to grab the lancing device and ring me up - she just didn't want to.

For being short staffed the pharmacy went out of their way for each customer. They always have my pills ready on time. I highly recommend this store and it is in Target.
