This pharmacy has gotten some very bad reviews in the past. A year ago I would agree with them. Lately it has gotten better. Prescriptions are being filled quicker as they seem to have more staff. The lines for picking up and dropping off prescriptions midweek especially Thursdays can be long. I call it Social Security Thursday since Social Security funds are deposited on Wednesday. The line normally moves quickly but if people need extra help can slow. Overall the rest of the store is clean and normally well stocked. The line for the cashier can be long on busy days for the same reason as the pharmacy. The self checkout kiosks are not as busy but only one off the two takes cash.
For people looking for a pharmacy, I have no problem recommending this store. However, as always, check drug prices as depending upon your insurance situation other pharmacy's drug prices may be cheaper than CVS for a particular drug you are taking regularly.

Pharmacy staff are rude, policies show they can't stand customers, there's a sign on the drive up window --please be understanding while we welcome new ccustomers. So loyal customers can expect poor service. They cause a log jam daily by having all staff going to lunch at the same time then trying to play catch up after returning. Very poor management. Online system is pitiful. It's even gotten worse over the years.

This particular CVS is a little gem, it should be used as a model store! It is always clean, organized and the staff are courteous every time I shop there. Anything on sale was clearly marked, even the clearance items were organized the last time I was in. I will always shop at this particular CVS, 7529 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, VA.

Prescriptions are never ready or get lost in their system, forcing you to run out of your prescriptions or have to repeatedly call your doctor's office. They couldn't care less about their customers. Discussing what they did over the weekend is far more important.

Worst CVS location on the face of the planet. They randomly close the drive through and the people behind the counter are incredibly rude. When you go into the pharmacy in person the line is an hour wait or more. Never taking my business here again.

The staff in this pharmacy are incredibly rude. I understand they are short staffed. But it is never ok to speak disrespectfully to a customer or anyone for that matter. Saying, “what do you want” is just unacceptable. I work in medicine and I know how frustrating it can be. Patients can be rude. And we are usually underpaid and under appreciated. But we are still accountable for our words and our actions.

I would give no stars if I could. They are the worst pharmacy ever. I will be moving my prescriptions to Walgreens. 90 day prescriptions on autofill never filled on time on when they tell you they will be filled. I have called and gone in person to complain several times. I have tried to fix issue online myself it says contact pharmacy. I have plenty of refills on all of my prescriptions and pick them up on time so why do they manually redo my autofill and make it past the due date. Then I call hold for 27 minutes to speak to someone then told it will be ready get to the store not ready. Pharmacist and staff rude to me and other customers in store. While I was waiting on my prescription that had been ordered online and confirmed over the phone. I sat in the chair 9 out of 10 people that came through the pharmacy line complained about poor service, meds not ready, or meds not right missing items. I am still missing meds so I just called again because again online says call pharmacy held on the phone for 38 minutes and then I finally hung up. The pharmacy staff are rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. CVS needs to fire all of them and start from scratch. I see others complaints too PEOPLE START MOVING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO ANOTHER PHARMACY maybe if enough of us move our prescriptions and Corporate sees the loss of money/profit maybe they'll do something. Get their profit down and they'll find some caring professional staff real quick, money talks and prescriptions are very expensive. I loved the Farm Fresh pharmacy and I am so sorry they closed, they were the best no problems at all. CVS CORPORATE GET THE NORGE VA PHARMACY STRAIGHT. Im switching to Walgreens I will drive the extra miles not to deal with your staff constant mistakes, misleading customers and down right rude, people need their meds and need confidence in the staff handling their meds.
