Been in this line to pick up scripts for 20 minutes and still haven't been acknowledged. I really don't care for this pharmacy

It was easy to pick up my prescription using the barcode they texted me. I was in and out quickly. It was a Sunday so it was quieter than a week day. The pharmacist is very friendly.

Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever experienced in my whole life.

We have been going to this CVS for several years. We are delighted with the changes made lately. The current staff is polite, attentive and returns the calls in a reasonable amount of time. Thus far we have not had any issues with the services provided.

The CVS at 700 Merrimac Trl...The employees in the pharmacy work so hard and most of the time are under staffed...Lina and her team are doing a great job..

Extremely unprofessional pharmacist. I had a 5pm appointment on 9/25/24 for a scheduled flu shot along with my wife. She got the shot but he refused me because he couldn't find my profile. I went home and got a screenshot showing reservationincluding the confirmation number. I returned at 5:15pm and provided the confirmation. He said he would give me the shot after servicing 3 more customers. An hour later, after servicing approx 4 dozen customers, nothing happened with me except asking which arm to receive a shot. Another half hour later, I finally got my shot just before closing time at 7pm. I mentioned to him that I knew he was making me wait until just before closing time and no more customers to wait on. He denied and lied about making me wait, just because he screwed up and was trying to punish me for politely bringing his screwup to his attention. No wonder the CVS Pharmacy at 700 Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg, VA is one of the most poorly run pharmacies in the CVS system. I recommend the CVS at 1600 Richmond Road as an alternative.

Another CVS that promotes the spread of AIDS, hepatitis, and other bloodborne illnesses by refusing to sell syringes without a prescription, told me "we're not allowed", I told them it's not illegal and they said "yes it is," so they're either ill-informed or just outright lying to me, either way I wish i'd taken an audio recording as proof in courtGuess I'll just have to keep using old faithful here, this dirty old thing with the numbers faded and a tip so dull that it's like shoving a safety pin into your skin, in fact it's been used so many times the needle is beginning to retract into the syringe chamber which makes it impossible to expel all the air inside, I wonder how many more times I'll be able to use it before the tip comes off all together

CVS isn’t great in general, but this one specifically has the worst pharmacy. I wait ages in the drive through line and they act like you’re not there for 10 min. I will go multiple times per week to pic up my prescription that never seems to be ready or it has a hold on it for literally no reason. They won’t let me use a GoodRx code unless my doctor puts a note on my prescription. If you can avoid this pharmacy, do it. The only reason I’m forced to use this one is because it seems to be the only one in the area that has my prescription in stock

Have not encountered a worse pharmacy in my life. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through they tell me to come back in two hours. The prescription was ordered two and a half days ago. Two and a half days isn't enough time to fill it, but two and a half days and a few hours is? It's as if they never begin to fill a prescription until after you come to pick it up, where you're just then told to go home and pick it up later. Other times, right in the middle of their open hours and not during lunch break, e.g. 11am, they keep their blinds closed and don't come to their window. I'm currently waiting outside, no one has come to the window, used the useless call button, and am on hold trying to call them, so then I went inside the store to pick it up. I was told it would be ready in an hour or two, the same thing I was told the previous day. The next closest pharmacy to me is a 18th century apothecary in Colonial Williamsburg, and I suspect that they'd be able to reinvent antibiotics before this CVS can fill a prescription.

Staff are very pleasant but the organization is lacking vision and service to the community when it restricted hours to closing at 6:00 weekdays and no weekend hours.

Such unhappy people hereI've tried multiple times, thinking it was an off day for them or me. No more. The last straw was when I use the drive-through. I was most certainly inconveniencing their talk. She tossed the prescription order in the tray and never have a common sense to use a courtesy such as thank you, nor look us in the eye. I certainly hope the management reads these low reviews. And can do some customer service training for the entire staff.
