Another CVS that promotes the spread of AIDS, hepatitis, and other bloodborne illnesses by refusing to sell syringes without a prescription, told me "we're not allowed", I told them it's not illegal and they said "yes it is," so they're either ill-informed or just outright lying to me, either way I wish i'd taken an audio recording as proof in courtGuess I'll just have to keep using old faithful here, this dirty old thing with the numbers faded and a tip so dull that it's like shoving a safety pin into your skin, in fact it's been used so many times the needle is beginning to retract into the syringe chamber which makes it impossible to expel all the air inside, I wonder how many more times I'll be able to use it before the tip comes off all together

CVS isn’t great in general, but this one specifically has the worst pharmacy. I wait ages in the drive through line and they act like you’re not there for 10 min. I will go multiple times per week to pic up my prescription that never seems to be ready or it has a hold on it for literally no reason. They won’t let me use a GoodRx code unless my doctor puts a note on my prescription. If you can avoid this pharmacy, do it. The only reason I’m forced to use this one is because it seems to be the only one in the area that has my prescription in stock

Have not encountered a worse pharmacy in my life. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through they tell me to come back in two hours. The prescription was ordered two and a half days ago. Two and a half days isn't enough time to fill it, but two and a half days and a few hours is? It's as if they never begin to fill a prescription until after you come to pick it up, where you're just then told to go home and pick it up later. Other times, right in the middle of their open hours and not during lunch break, e.g. 11am, they keep their blinds closed and don't come to their window. I'm currently waiting outside, no one has come to the window, used the useless call button, and am on hold trying to call them, so then I went inside the store to pick it up. I was told it would be ready in an hour or two, the same thing I was told the previous day. The next closest pharmacy to me is a 18th century apothecary in Colonial Williamsburg, and I suspect that they'd be able to reinvent antibiotics before this CVS can fill a prescription.

Staff are very pleasant but the organization is lacking vision and service to the community when it restricted hours to closing at 6:00 weekdays and no weekend hours.

Such unhappy people hereI've tried multiple times, thinking it was an off day for them or me. No more. The last straw was when I use the drive-through. I was most certainly inconveniencing their talk. She tossed the prescription order in the tray and never have a common sense to use a courtesy such as thank you, nor look us in the eye. I certainly hope the management reads these low reviews. And can do some customer service training for the entire staff.

Absolutely unacceptable. 0/5. I never leave 1 star reviews unless it's deserved. I was treated as if I was shoplifting and hassled by staff a little too often whilst I was walking around browsing. Once I was ready to check out the manager watched me from behind whilst the assistant "helped" me. I asked to exchange two items and explained I didn't have my card so I would pay the difference in cash. The entire purchase was refunded to a card I didn't have on me, and then I was asked to pay the balance in full again when I needed the items ASAP. Now let's note the fact that a refund takes 2-5 business days. What if I didn't have money but enough to exchange and pay the difference? I also don't carry much cash on me, yet I was expected to pay again? I get it guys, if I just had my card I could have avoided this, but life happens. Yet being treated as a shoplifter and not being listened to has left me very bitter.I stated several times during the transaction "I don't have any cards on me," to which the assistant kept saying "oh it's fine! You don't need one!" Well, I obviously do as I was expected to pay for the purchase instead of exchange and just pay a dollar + tax difference. I hate to write this, but the truth is I will never come back here. There are plenty of other places that will listen to me when I explain I'm paying the difference instead of the amount in full again who will gladly put the refund onto a gift card, then use the gift card for the following transaction and let me pay the difference. Do better, Merrimac CVS.

Our appointment for Covid test got cancelled 4 hours prior and there was no support from the customer service to organize a new one. We had to find it on our own and because we only had a 24h window to do so, it was very stressful. Once we finally got to the appointment it went smoothly and we got the results within 36hours. Main problem was the lack of contingency plan and support when our appt was cancelled

The Pharmacy Tech had the worst attitude and could seriously benefit from soft skills training. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but it doesn't excuse her ability to provide basic customer service. Not sure of her name but she was working on 1/8/22 at 12:30pm and had coarse black hair. She may need additional pharmacy training as well because there was another CVS about 2 miles away that was able to assist me without any issues!

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever experienced. I made two appointments for flu vaccine. When I showed up I was told they didn't have any. I received no notification even though they had my email and phone number. I was told I should call them. Why allow patrons to schedule a vaccine, if they aren't available???

Pardon my French this f****** pharmacy can suck it. Rude people who are lazy incompetent and slowwww. They have wasted my time, too much time I will never get back. 40 min wait in drive through pharmacy just to be told to come back in 15 mins or come inside and wait. Went inside to four other people who hadn't been helped yet. Come back an hour later waited yet again another 20 mins in line to be told my script hadn't been filled to come back in 45 mins! They're the ones who called and said meds were filled. Zero stars!!!

Waited over 30 minutes to speak to pharmacist over the phone just to be brushed off by store manager. Then went to the location just to find out that customer service was just as poor in person

With all-new staff since 2016, this CVS has turned completely around. The change has been amazing and I really appreciate it.

Very inept pharmacy staff. Doc called in script yesterday at noon. This morning it still isn’t ready. I’m told because they just got order. Told her you got it yesterday. So that lie didn’t fly. And I just hate lying snots. Been airing 20 min in drive thru for feckless pharmacist to fill. Big waste of time. Try elsewhere
