I have called Danny's glass on exactly two occasions in two different years hoping to use a local company. On both occasions I have had the displeasure of having to speak to one of the rudest women who has ever answered the phone for any business I have ever called. This company must make their money on insurance, because there's no way that normal people would give their money to people that treat you this badly.

I very much appreciate the quick and professional service provided by Danny's Auto Glass & Mirror today. Our delivery van's passenger-side power window would not go up and our regular auto repair shop was unable to help us. Danny's was able to quickly resolve the problem and get the window back up. We are safely back on the road thanks to Danny's!

I had water in the floor of my car with a sunroof. I called Danny's and they got me in that day. They checked the windshield and ruled it out. Then cleared all the sunroof drains and made sure they were flowing. Had me out 20 minutes and yesterdays rain the car was bone dry.

I have used Danny's Glass not only for my auto, but also numerous times for custom-cut protective glass tops for my office and home furniture. Danny's has been polite, responsive, quick, and reasonably priced.

I called on Friday for a broken rear window in my truck, they had availability on Monday afternoon. They finished in 2 hours! They were very polite. The installation looks great and is clean. All at a reasonable price.

I can't say enough nice things about Danny's Glass! My car window was broken in a storm, and not only did they get it fixed for me within 24 hours of calling them, but they also looped in my insurance company while I was still on the phone with them to ensure that everything was squared away there too, and so I didn't have to worry about it. Everyone I talked to, both on the phone and in person, was so nice, and they even had a little waiting area where I could relax while my car was being fixed. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

I had a crack in my windshield that was to the point in needed replaced. After calling around a few places I went with Danny's. The office helped me get the ball rolling with my insurance, they were quick to schedule me, and the repair was done timely and proffesionally. Although exactly 1 week later a rock hit my brand new windshield and chipped it. Oh well, that's life. I would definitely return to Danny's for future repairs.

They scratch the hood of my truck when they replaced the windshield. They didn't say anything about it then I found out that they scratch it so I made them fix it. They should have told me but it didn't. Now I know we're not to go.

Don’t break the glass!
That should be rule number 1 of a glass installation company right? It took a month and a half from initial call to installation of a single piece of glass in a broken residential single hung window. Perhaps placing the glass in the backseat of a pick-up truck with unsecured large power tools around it might not be the best idea? The price was nothing special and incompetence on show.
