Arrived at 8 am left at 8 21 am. Cannot complain at all. Did all the purchase online was super easy. Sam was very knowlege able and overall a great experiance....went for a rotation on 8-9 once again fast service

Jesus (sp??) booked my appointment and handled my time in the store. He was courteous on the phone and was able to get my vehicle right in, inline with my appt. I received a text message when it was done, it was so quick I had to call to confirm it was accurate. I dropped off my vehicle to have 8, yes 8, tires balanced, 4 on the truck and 4 in the bed. While it was there my family and I took advantage of Ripley's Believe it or not, taking a short walk there for some entertainment.
Afterwards, upon driving the truck for a few miles, I was very pleased that the slight vibrations I was experiencing were gone. They even applied some tire dressing to the tires when they were done.
I suggest making an appointment for your vehicle, this location is extremely busy.

Superior service in every way. The Associates are pleasant, respectful, knowledgable, and engaged; and the wait time is always negligible. I won't buy or service my tires any place else. You shouldn't, either.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation, and after arriving on time, told the service guy that I had another appointment in an hour, but was assured I had plenty of time, and was next in line. 25 minutes later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. What is the point of having an appointment when Discount Tire doesn’t honor it. This was also the second time in a row that I had to wait more than 30 minutes after making an appointment. Discount Tire has always done a great job, and the service personnel have been friendly and helpful. But this location has a management problem, and I will take my business to a different DT location in the future.

My wife and kids were towed over here with a flat tire while on vacation in Williamsburg and were stressed out. Everyone was very nice and they didn't try to take advantage of being desperate to sell her new tires. Said it was fixable, patched it up and sent them on their way for free. Couldn't believe it when she told me. Highly recommend such an honest and friendly group.

Drove in from San Antonio on a family vacation. We happened to pickup a nail on the highway. This store is one of the very few stores that impressed me this day and age. The employees are very professional and efficient. They took care of me and my family. We were in and out with no complaints. Thanks fellas!! Keep up the great work.

12 July - Rotate and Balance service, 2 hours later one of the tires went from 42 psi to 2 psi....called and they said they had no availability and would have to wait till 14 July. Scrambling all 13 July to get this fixed.

We were on a road trip from NH to Williamsburg. On 95 south in Fredericksburg we had our first blow out. By the end of the night we had 3 tires total blow out. First thing Monday morning I drove to Discount Tire in Williamsburg. I already knew what tires I wanted. I was greeted by a sales member named Mike. I asked Mike if he could get me some 12 ply trailer tires. I already had the item number. He looked it up and said he can get them next day. I asked if he would price match an online price. He had to confirm with a manager and agreed to match the price. As I was giving Mike my phone number, he said you’re from NH. I said yes and he said that he was also from NH. We got to talking a bit as he was from the town two towns over from where I live. What are the chances of running into someone that’s from where you live. Mike was extremely professional and helpful. For 12 years I sold wheels and tires for the largest volume tire dealer in New England. Being in the business I’ve always heard about Discount Tire. I was impressed at the way this company operates. At the end of it all I bought 6 new trailer tires

I made an appointment on Monday for Saturday at 3:45. I needed an alignment, a tire balance and to check my tire pressure sensors. Their website only allowed me to schedule one service for my appointment but allowed me to add comments so I orginally had an appointment for an alignment. The confirmation email informed me to arrive 15mins early as I did. To my surprise I was greeted at the front counter with professionalism and grace but that quickly left the room when the rep and I went to my car to look it over. Another rep came out the garage to ask me what service I was getting. Once I told him he informed me that a Toyota supra had just rolled on the alignment rack and would take some time to align so they could not do an alignment on my vehicle. So I got the other 2 services, once my car was done they backed it out the bay. As they were they was pulling the supra off the alignment rack and driving a pickup on. Smh we are in a world that don't honor appointment and plays with people time. Great people in the front to deal but poor employees and that back lie to my face. Do you self a favor and call and not book online and be prepared to be told they can't get to you when you show 15mins early

Service has gone downhill. Quoted one time and had I not gotten the manager involved. The van would have sat in cue continuing to be passed up.
It’s a reoccurring theme at this location.

Staff very friendly. Environment clean. The problem is being short staff and still accepting drop off and appointments. Which seems to have it all mixed together. Promising vehicles will be done at a specific time and the vehicle hasn't moved all day because the staff is behind.
