Staff is great but the lady prepare me twice the coffee and both times missed to prepare it correctly (added to much milk) I felt uncomfortable asking for it a third time.

Asked for an sausage and cheese on an everything bagel. Lady that took our order wasn't paying attention. She typed in croissant, yelled oops its supposed to be on a bagel and we ultimately ended up with sausage and cheese on a burnt plain bagel. The world may run on dunkin but I wouldn't depend on this one.

I went around 7:30 am and they only had chocolate cake munchkins. Then I asked about getting a double chocolate doughnut and they didn't have that either. I will probably just go to the other shop next time. This location runs out a lot. The croissant breakfast sandwich was good.

I stopped here before going back home from my parents house and they were beyond slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before I could place my order.

This was honestly the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. The employee gave multiple stories for why he couldn't fulfill the online order that we placed via the Dunkin app. He said he was new and was the only one working. He did not know how to make the drinks, and/or he didn't have the supplies to make the drinks. Out of the five drinks we ordered and paid for, we left with only one correct drink, and some coffee that I asked for because he could not provide the drinks. I asked for our money back and he said only the manager could do that, and the manager wouldn't be back until the next morning. He also got belligerent with me. So I had to go through Dunkin's corporate office multiple times with a lot of effort to get my money back for not receiving the drinks I had paid for online. Avoid this store or risk your order not being fulfilled and not getting any reimbursement.

How long can you possibly stand at the counter waiting, only to be told it will be few minutes before I can get to you. I gave up and left, even worse there was not a car in the drive through. This is the same thing that happened months ago when I said never again. This time definitely never again.

Had the most amazing service today. Javonte made me the best latte, he gave the beat service i have had there in a long time. you go in ask for Javonte to male your drinks.

Worst customer service. Employee couldn’t handle the workload of to go orders coupled with drive through orders. This caused her to not take drive through orders. After sitting there for 5 minutes at the speaker I had to prompt the conversation by saying Good Morning. You should have a plan that takes care of each order type, not just shut down drive through and focus to online orders only. If you did need to shut down the drive through, go put the cones out and actually shut down the drive through.

We went thru the drive thru. The large and extra large coffees with cream and sugar had one cream and one sugar. I have never experienced that at a DD before. Also, the sausage, egg and cheese croissant was cold and was bacon, and not sausage. They may have been having a rough morning but I am a bit disappointed in my usually really good coffee.

Won’t be going back to this location. New to working in the Williamsburg area so I stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts not too long ago to see about getting a frozen beverage. I had checked the app prior to going, and all frozen beverages showed as available. I did not mobile order, as I know that even if it shows as available on the app, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is, and being that I had never been to this one before I didn’t want to chance it. When I got to the drive through window, the woman inside was already irritated that she had to come to the window to speak with me. I asked if it would be possible to get a frozen drink, to which she replied no. I said okay, well I just wanted to let you know that it’s showing that frozen drinks are available on the app. She got very angry and huffy with me and told me that the app doesn’t matter, they don’t have frozen beverages and that’s that. The end. That was my first experience at this location, and because of that will be my last time visiting that location.
