Very good staff, helped us when our Explorer was badly damaged by a big hit from a driver who was not paying attention and slammed into us. USAA totaled our vehicle even though Ebbys gave a reasonable estimate to repair it. I was able to notice the excellent work done there and if you need auto body repair and or painting, I would recommend them

Very helpful and friendly, still holds true 2024!
Had some work done and there was one small thing they missed, I called and they got me in and fixed in 10 mins. Everyone misses stuff, it's how they handle it that matters.
