We shopped several hours at the Williamsburg outlet stores today including the Eddie Bauer store. It was such a pleasant experience with Chris and the other employee (didn't get his name). They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. Chris helped me find the right size online and I ordered it before we left the store. I have always loved Eddie Bauer products. Thanks for your great help, Chris!

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to purchase $160 of merchandise with two $100 bills. Dunno why they gave me such a hard time about it. I’m sure there were two $20s in the register.

Blatant false advertising. Outside sign: "Everything on sale, 50% off, exclusions apply."Well, the exclusions are 2/3 of the items in the entire store. In other words, "everything" actually means 1/3 of the store.Note: the inside sign says "everything up to 50% off" with the "up to" part semi-camoflaged.
