I placed a for $330.23 and when I received it I hadn’t worn it right away. Finally after trying to wear the item in question.which did “ not “ work as advertised. I contacted Amazon and explained to them the item was “ defective “ Amazon stated they would contact Envy Body Shop . I hadn’t heard anything back from them. So , I reached out to Envy Body Shop who said they would issue a 20% discount. Envy Body Shop issued $26.41 . When I reached out to them, and stated 20% of $330.23 is $66 46 “ not “ $26.41 . Envy Body Shop reached back out to me stating they were sorry that the refund amount was incorrect. However, they would give me my additional $39.63 “ if “ I removed all of my negative reviews online. When I originally agreed then reached back out to them. I was told the emails sent to them were permanent “ and their point “. As I stated I’m keeping my correspondence as well . Finally I told them to keep their $39.63 . I am tired of third party sellers on Amazon deceiving customers of their honest reviews. And trying to “ bribe customers “ to erase their honest reviews for a refund. I will post the “ truth “ about a defective product that I received which was totally “ false advertising “.Because the product “ did not “ work as advertised. So they gave me maybe oily or dry skin , or lotions body heat. Then this should be posted “ before “ a customer purchases. I should of listened to my “ gut feeling “ after I saw only two reviews ( with only five stars - no comments ) . We’re these reviews paid off for their refund as well ? Has me thinking 🤔 . “ NEVER AGAIN “ . I will be posting my “ HONEST REVIEWS “ whenever and wherever I please . They had the nerve to tell me this was an expensive product. As I told them I know “ I paid for it “. They act as if they gave it to me. Then to have the nerve to tell me they haven’t received any complaints. As I told them first time for everything. I will be posting my “ honest reviews “ whenever I please. And “ without “ trying to make me erase an “ honest review to deceive “ paying customers for a refund that I am “ entitled “ too .
I am entitled to a “ full refund “ .
End of story maybe Bureau of Consumer Protection or the bbb will have a better resolution .

Ordered something for my wife on Jan 24th. Said it was shipping Jan 25th. There has been no update on the post office getting the the item. It's still saying shipping label created, but not received. Emailed twice and nothing. Even asked for a refund. Will be calling today and getting refund even if I have to drive 2 hours to do it. Don't order from here. They can't even contact people back about order shipment. They definitely don't know how to run an online business.Update 1/30/22: Finally heard back today. Apparently my emails went to spam folder... Items were back ordered, which is not what the site said when the order was placed. We'll see how long it takes to get the refund. Would not recommend this place for online orders. Maybe in person is better, but doubtful. Seems like a Mom and Pop store trying to figure out what the internet is.2nd Update 2/7/23: Still no refund like they said, and they sent me the package. lol This place is too dumb and/or lazy to be open if you ask me. No one there can do one simple thing in any amount of time. They also tried to bribe me to take down my original review when they asked if I wanted my refund. Pictures attacked to prove it, and that they said I'd be getting my refund. I'll be contacting the BBB and leaving a review there as well. I guess I'll be driving this package down to them and getting my refund this week, because I can't trust anything they say in email at this point.

This is a scam store. The products are cheap and from China. The online store customer service doesn’t know how to give refunds. They’re also the same owner as Popilush which is also a scam. They stole my money and refuse to refund me and keep lying.
