Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful on fronts. I never had a bad experience working with them directly.
However, my rate per month doubled after the first 6 months, which was not due to the local store, but due to corporate policies. That was frustrating and I ended up moving my stuff to another location. But I wish I could’ve stayed with the people at this location

Check in was very easy and the whole facility is very clean. Ms. Emma was kind and showed me where my unit was and how to get there. Ms. Teddy was also very kind and helpful with answering questions!

It was good at first. Price was consistent at $117 per month then jumped up to $218+. I called to inquired and they stated that it was because of market rate adjustments. This was not made clear in the contract and moved out swiftly. It was the push I needed to get rid of a lot of old things. Just a very shady system they have.
