Back in March to June 2020 I was stuck in Crete Greece because of a lockdown. I ran out from one of my meds which is not available in Greece. Early April 2020 a package containing a vile of 90 pills was sent from Williamsburg Virginia to my hotel in Greece. Priority FedEx. There were only 30 pills in the vile and the package was tampered. I got in contact with FedEx in Athens and Customs and they verified it was not them. After awhile my body shut down with high fever and ended up in the hospital in Crete for 3 days. The remaining time from mid April to June 5th, 2020 I was sick with no way to return due to the lockdown and the US Government does not provide any type of assistance to US Citizens. Upon return I really did not bother with FedEx. I did receive a notification though that the was case closed. All documentation shown ( and much more I did not post ) is from my trip to the same destination. October 21-22 2020 arrival but was forced to return back to the US in December 3rd due to FedEx once again due to my meds. The package never left their Station in Williamsburg and bare in mind it was same pick up box same Station. ( not sure if the address shown is accurate ). The documents I posted are one third of my calls and hours on the phone where they didn’t know what the heck they were doing. As a matter of fact one supervisor gave me the most stupid answer that the day of the pick the package could had been mistakenly left in the Pickup Box. The content is picked up from an opening near the bottom of the box. I spoke to many employees of FedEx in so many locations outside of Virginia considering it happened in Virginia and never could go above a supervisor. The last person I talked to from Tennessee finally admitted the Station in Williamsburg is responsible and the manager will look into it. It’s January and have not heard anything. Why not check on the date who picked up and who handle it upon arrival to their station. Personally I see it as a Criminal matter. Someone stole the controlled substance medication. I feel violated and FedEx does not operate effectively with the customer as their priority.
