This FedEx drop off store is a great one. I have taken packages in twice and they waited on me quickly with a friendly attitude. Today I took in a Walmart return that Parcel Pro said the QR code from Walmart wouldn't work. This Monticello location in the ACE Hardware shopping plaza took the same code, scanned it and sent it on its way with no problem. The employees were great to work with and from what I saw during my brief wait was they were just as helpful with all of the other customers. If you need to ship something and want an easy experience, try this FedEx store.

Does NOT follow posted business hours. They close at 7PM during the week. I arrived at this location at 6:45PM, and the door was locked.
As I was preparing to leave, another customer approached the door. When I told him the business was already closed, he called their number. A lady came from the back and provided service. By the time I parked as quick and safe as possible, the door was locked again by the time got back to their door. Keep in mind, it still had not reached 7PM. Why post business hours and not honor them?!!

Showed up at 6:20 on a Friday to drop off a package. Supposed to be open until 7 but doors were locked and nobody there. Package is late now I guess.

stop at this location recently and the red head lady attendant was rude and condescending for no reason. The store was a big mess with boxes and clutter everywhere. Rude and disorganized. Will avoid this place in the future.

At first a guy by the name of Bill was helpful showing me how to print a document. Then, when I asked about the rate to mail the document to Bogotá, Colombia, he became irate even though a young nice African American woman was already trying to help me. He was very rude and disrespectful. No longer a client of FedEx at this location.

I use dozens of FedEx locations across the country for their express shipping services and Bill at this location always goes above and beyond to help me out. Great employee and I hope his work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed to whoever the higher ups are. Thank you bill!

On my second visit I was even more delighted because Chelsea was very very friendly very very helpful and it was just a wonderful experience to have someone that actually brightens my day while they were at work in a busy and sometimes stressful business and I want to thank you for that Chelsea so keep up the good work you deserve to be treated as well as they can treat you because you are very much an asset to the FedEx store there.

Guy told us yesterday that he was going to charge us $2.50 dollars less if we left some copies with them, so they did the binding and returned to us the next day. Today, we go in, and they charge us $2.50 additionally, supposedly an "FS surcharge." (That he didn't mention yesterday). It's not about being able to pay or not the $2.50. It's about manipulation, lies, and taking advantage of your customers. We don't appreciate it.
