Took my car to get serviced here. Dropped it off for an 8am appt on Saturday. Was told I would get a call. By Monday, I still not get a call. I called and all they gave me was a quote. Three days just for a quote. I said never mind and asked to pick up my car. I couldn't pick it up on Tuesday evening. On Tuesday evening, I go pick up my car, and I have to wait an hour because the door was still off and they had to put it back on. I go to start the car and it won't start. They gave it a jump. I get in my car this morning for work, and it won't start. All this from a diagnostics test. Never again.

The woman up front (Georgette) was not at all friendly or welcoming, hence the low score. Also, I informed her I wanted a State Inspection and tire rotation. Only the state inspection was indicated on the final invoice and nothing about a tire rotation. I checked with the technician who performed the work and he informed me he did do the tire rotation but also noticed it was not on the final invoice. I gave the score of 10 for the technician who performed the work (John Wood, Jr). I know they are always swamped and under staffed but it wouldn't hurt to see a more friendly individual when you first walk into the store.

My car broke down while we were visiting from Richmond. They were able to fix in a day and so great at commicating. The manager Georgette was so great and helpful! Saved the day!

They were super friendly and helpful! I was having an issue with my car starting up after it got worked on elsewhere. They did a code scan for free, figured out what was going on, explained it really well (I’m totally illiterate with car stuff), and helped get me back up and running! Thanks y’all

Called Sunday to ask about a state inspection on Monday, was told if I wanted to bring it in when they opened they would get it done. They did what was promised out the door by 8:00. Why are so many business in Williamsburg making it so hard to get a vehical inspected. They need to take notes and do it like this place. Thank you for the great job.

Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on Virginia's vehicle inspection rules before coming here. The person that performed my inspection failed my vehicle for something it should not have been failed for in an attempt to rip me off for needless repairs. If you believe this has happened to you, you can file a formal complaint with the Virginia State Police Safety Division Office.

I can not recommend this establishment. I beleive the tires to be good but the service leaves something to be desired. There is only one person at the counter that knew anything and she is great but I had some other issues. There are a number of issues but the main issue is I had an appointment at two and was not done until 5:30. I was only getting new tires. What use is an appointment?

Not a FAN of this place.
I took my car in for the lifetime alignment, and had an 11am appt., but it was 30 min. before anyone acknowledged me, then I asked if they could do the inspection while it was here, and the answer was and emphatic NO because they were too busy, which I completely understood.
I called to set an appt for the the next weekend, btw they don't take appts, BUT the do first come first serve.
Okay, so I dropped it off Friday at 4:00pm at the counter, for Saturday, & they said they would text/email when it was ready, again, totally FINE.
Saturday at 5pm I hadn't heard from them, we went by there because they close at 6pm and they said, "We can have it ready for you on Monday".
What?! No....Just No.
I found a place that takes appointments, I wont be back.

The response for your vehicle problem is ridiculous I LITERALLY had to call thim to get a update( mind you my vehicle has been there for 5 DAYS!!!! unacceptable

Worst place ever, dropped work truck off on a Friday at noon as discussed and arranged, said it would be done Saturday, crickets call then Sunday at 1630, truck has not been touched two and a half days it sat , when promised next day, zero communication zero!! I under stand things happen a simple phone call saying it would not be done and I could have made arrangements for spare truck and worked uninterrupted, never ever ever,
