Im glad I don't get my meds from there..called to ask times of operation and was rudely told they are closed on Monday.In my eyes that's one place that should be open on the holidays

Generally speaking, when I see people saying others are rude, we all know that self-entitlement has hit a all time high.This pharmacy took my order for the ADHD meds that were out elsewhere. I was not a patient, yet they were wonderful, took my order after Walgreens told me it would take months to get in. Yet they received a shipment the very next morning ?. So my provider sent in a new script to Old Towne. And in twenty minutes, I had my script, and it cost less than Walgreens quoted.The older women[both at the register, and the manager]were quite personable, and very easy going. Which I understand people have different experiences, on different days.This is a small, low key pharmacy. Yet they did all they could to make my experience one which will insure me returning as a repeat customer in the months ahead.I am glad the other reviewers will not be returning to this pharmacy, let them go suffer at a larger chain!-Dan

We absolutely love Kelly and Michelle plus the entire staff here! Every single person in the pharmacy goes above and beyond to take care of the patrons. Kelly goes out of her way to ensure she has brand-specific medications on hand to fill all of her client's needs this being said if you are a first-time visitor looking for a specific medication please know she will order what you need to fill your prescription but you probably aren't going to get it filled that day. They do not however just fill anyone's prescription when they walk through the door this allows them to honor their commitment to clients who count on them to have their medications on hand. They take the time to order what they need, communicate, and get to know every single client on a first-name basis. Kelly will stop whatever she is doing and so will Michelle to talk with you and answer questions making you feel comfortable and at home. This is the only place my son will get his shots he loves everyone there and that is a big big deal for him! We will be very sad when we move in June it will be difficult to find a pharmacy this customer-centric, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable!

Pharmacist on duty was extremely rude today. I’m not a regular customer but visited this pharmacy because I cannot find my son’s medication anywhere in town. She told me they didn’t have it. I replied “Do you…” and she abruptly cut me off to say she already knew my question and no she doesn’t know where I can find it. The pharmacy tech laughed when I said “That wasn’t my question” ? Before I walked out I told her I was having a hard time finding the medication. She shrugged her shoulders and gave me a blank stare. I told her thank you anyway because I was raised with manners. Something she apparently lacks along with any sort of customer service skills.

Made an appointment for the latest COVID vaccine booster shot. I arrived early, checked in, and waited. Everyone was polite and I took time to roam the shelves. My name was called and I proceeded into the space set aside for injections and had it administrated. The nurse was pleasant and the shot was hardly felt. Very happy that it went smoothly and nearly painless.

Pay attention to the bills you give them. I handed the pharmacist a 20 for a $5 item and didn't realize until later that she rang it up as a 5.
