I have never had a bad experience at Goodyear on Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg, Virginia. Phil and Dave have always been very professional and offered outstanding customer service. They make sure my vehicles are serviced as promised and even go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule at times. If you have any automotive needs, I recommend Goodyear auto service center in Williamsburg, Virginia on Monticello Avenue.

Came home to a rapidly deflating flat tire with a nail. It was 30 mins before close and when I called in they told me to swing by to see if they can help. Greeted by Dave and got me in right away. Austin the tech was amazing and I watched the detailed process they use to dismount and I spicy the whole tire off the rim then seal and replace the tire. Amazing customer service. Thanks for fitting me in at the end of the day so I didn’t have to miss work!

super nasty attitude from the customer service rep up front. we came in with a flat tire and a spare, which i told him, and while i was telling him this he cuts me off and in a snarky tone says "we dont install used tires". i say okay, how much will it be for another one (we're visiting from out of town about three hrs away), he then says, again in a nasty tone, "do you have the size of the tire ? bc i kinda need that". im not gonna list every transgression, but overall it was awful service which is why i ultimately ended up just walking out

This shop explain to me all the details of my car services every time. They are always very busy but they try to be accommodating even for last minute appointments. I used another service in Williamsburg area once, but after I found this one I became loyal, and never went back. The store manager Phillip is the best and super friendly!

I needed a quick tire change after a popped tire the day before and driving with a spare. They had me in and out within about 40 minutes. Friendly service. Would recommend!

Oil cap not replaced after a simple oil change resulting in oil spill all over the engine. Car smoking and almost on fire. Called the store and Austin the manager told me to drive it back in and they would clean it up ?. Otherwise, there was nothing they could do, and I could call corporate the next day. Will not be going back. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.

Asked for an oil change. Nothing else.
Was told an hour for and it took almost two.
$114. Was not informed of options or related costs. Please do a better job to inform folks ahead of time what the cost will be for basic service. This is why I prefer to change my own oil. I also should have asked prior to service but this responsibility primarily falls on the shop to communicate IMHO.
Gentleman was polite and offered a $15 discount.

I brought car in for repair to nail pucture. Was told 45 minute fix. 1.5 ours later, car ready. Tire re-installed backwards (inside of tire facing out). Another hour for correct installation. Facility uses untrained person as "Tech." Observed tech spending as much time on his phone texting as he did performing repair. Complete inattention to detail and leaves me wondering how well the actual repair to the tire was performed. Would certainly avoid this shop.
