If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience ever with a Great Clips. My son just turned 3 and I have always had to have him sit in my lap to cut his hair. Never been an issue at any Great Clips. Not only did they refuse to cut his hair, one of the hairdressers was extremely rude and snappy. Ma’am, if you have never cut a kids hair on someone’s lap, maybe you should learn or find another profession. So needless to say, if you have a kid that needs extra attention for a hair cut, don’t go there. I ended up going to the other Great Clips in Williamsburg and they did amazing with my son! And yes, they allow kids to sit on parents laps if needed….

Even though there were no customers waiting, the "stylist" ran through my cut in about 5 minutes. Hair all over my face. She said that hair just falls straight down. Made no effort at any time to get the hair off my face not even when she was done! And not a good job either! She left my hair a mess at the end--made no attempt to brush it nicely. She stood there while I tried to straighten it with my fingers! I asked her if she had an urgent appointment to get too. She asked why I asked that. I told her shebwent so fast. She told me she's just naturally quick! I've gone to other locations and I know they don't treat their customers this way.

The whole cut was very rushed and rough. My barber cut my hair way shorter than I wanted it and barely blended it. My head hair and facial hair are not even at all to the point I’m currently wondering if I should try to salvage it or just shave it all off.
I was charged $33 for the worst hair cut of my life.

I was charged $22 for an inch trim. It took 5 minutes and something I could have done myself. The stylist didn't even wash my hair. Isn't a hair wash part of it or do I have to say it?

Bad customer service, and a bad haircut! I asked for a trim and still saw split ends after! The lady cutting my hair was impatient and slightly rude!

Writing for my husband:I went in for a fade and came out looking crazy. The stylist was very short with talking and rude. She didn't blend any layer including my top where there is a clear line of long vs short hair. She asked if I wanted product in it and I said no thanks and she rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend this location.
