What a strange experience today. I went in with my twin sons, and the staff outright refused to cut their hair. This would’ve been my boys first hair cut. The employee went to “ask her manager” because the boys were “too young”… nearing two, their hair is getting long. Great clips doesn’t have any policy that states they won’t cut a kids hair. When the employee asked her manager, the manager just looked at us and shook her head with a smug look on her face. It was oddly rude and unprofessional.
We went down the street to another Great Clips, and they had my boys out and looking great in 15 minutes. They’d never heard of that policy either. Perhaps this salon just didn’t feel like earning money, with a big tip for allowing me to enjoy a first experience with my sons. Oh well, the same store a mile away did it without issue.

By far the worst experience we have had at a Great Clips. The two women were extremely rude and unprofessional. They probably spent a total of 6min. on each one of my boys, if that. Not to mention the butcher jobs that were done. They were also very mean to a new elderly woman that just started working there. Really left an awful impression! We will not be going back.

Hair stylist did a good job trimming and giving me a mid fade. She was also really nice and polite.

Although my preferred location was changed, the staff were able to quickly get me into the system and get my cut with no extended wait time.

This was my first time at the Monticello Ave Great Clips in Williamsburg, VA. Alex trimmed up my hair exactly the way I wanted. He is very professional and has great customer service skills. I am very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend him to others for their haircuts, etc. Five stars plus.

Poorly done on a #3 all over. Possibly the easiest haircut of the day for the stylist... basically a boot camp haircut with a #3 rather than a #1.

Went in to get haircut, lady was unable to do so without me providing them my phone number. They don’t need that information to cut my hair nor does it say anywhere no haircuts given without providing personal information
