Yesterday, I purchased flounder fillets at the fish counter (among other items). I didn't watch the woman putting my order together. When I got home, I put the package in the freezer. Today pulled the package out and the filets were all scrunched up, not lying flat. So gently defrosting and separating isn't going to work - and it's unlikely I will be able to get them apart without breaking up the fillets. If I wanted fish bits, I'd buy a package of frozen fish.

I had a great experience at the Harris Teeter on John Tyler in Williamsburg. I want to give a special shout-out to Matthew at the Customer Service desk. He was extremely patient and helpful while assisting me with buying Powerball tickets. He took the time to answer my questions and made the process quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone so friendly and professional — thank you, Matthew, for making my visit a pleasant one!

Place is really going downhill, like many others, scheduling only one cashier and pushing everyone else like sheep through the self check out. Place should have a little more dignity, keep people employed and keep things more efficient, and respectable to their customers…

LeBron is one of the best grocery store clerks I’ve come across. He works quickly and efficiently, always gets the job done without any hassle, and keeps things moving.
