Impact Auto is hands down the best! Their service is unbelievably fast, and the customer service is truly the best in the world. A huge shoutout to the ladies at the front desk who greet you with so much care and happiness—it makes the whole experience stress-free and welcoming.
A special thank you to Marley—she’s the kind of person you’d want to stop by just to have a coffee with. Friendly, genuine, and always willing to go the extra mile. On top of that, their pricing is fair and decent, which is rare to find these days.
I couldn’t recommend Impact Auto more. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my future business!

I can’t say enough positive about Impact Motors. This locally owned dealer is who I rely on to inspect, repair and keep my 20 year old Hyundai in good condition. I have never had to question any of their work or recommendations.
Their employees are friendly and ready to help you.
If you lookup Impact Motors there are no complaints only praise. How many auto repair businesses have that record?

We have been using for years for several cars from basic to exotic. The Impact crew, and especially Marley are excellent. Very knowledgeable and very reliable. Also great people to know and deal with. Think about the garage you used to go yo in the good old days where they actually knew your name, your car and its special needs. It’s that kind of place.

Amazing experience. I was visiting family and needed to get something checked out quickly. Marley was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help when we couldn’t find any other shop who would on short notice. If I still lived in town I’d make them my home shop! Highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment and when I described the issue they told me over the phone how to fix it myself. (It was apparently super easy). Other shops have charged me for the same issue in the past. This place did not. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!

Incredibly pleased. My husband recently inherited a 14 year old car from his grandmother that only had 47k miles on it. Needless to say, we figured it might need some work after being driven so little the last few years. Impact gave us an appointment for the same week I called, had a very friendly and knowledgable front desk staff, excellent mechanics who did the work, and didn't try and nickel and dime or talk us into needless repairs. They told us in order of what needed to be done the most and then did it the same day once we agreed. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them!
