I was lucky enough to be a part of the Iron Bound family for two years and have enjoyed every minute that I was able to spend there! On top of it being an AMAZING facility, the staff at IB Gym are AWESOME people!!! They all truly care about their members and make sure that each one is able to have the best experience possible! As an athlete, I was just looking for a gym that had room for me to get some extra work in. However, IB Gym quickly became much more than that and I am beyond proud to have been a part of their community!!!

Iron-Bound Gym was my home for over 3 years. Unfortunately I switched gyms due to an unplanned move. Everything is amazing from the quality of the equipment which they are consistently improving, group fitness classes (the spin classes are the best in Williamsburg) and of course the staff and members who truely created a welcoming family like atmosphere. The protein shake/smoothie bar is an added bonus ?. Going here was always a highlight of my day! Overall, an incredible gym for all ages and all fitness levels.

Had a great yoga class with instructor Shane C across the street at Iron Barre! He did a short sound bath and meditation reading with the class, which was a great way to start and end the experience. Highly recommend!

Great gym! Perfect gym if you're traveling in the area as they have a single and 5 day pass.They have just about every piece of equipment that you'd expect and a number of pieces that you don't normally see like a pendulum squat machine!Lots of friendly people! The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also have a smoothie bar!

I just plain love it here. Everything is so conducive to becoming healthier. The staff is extraordinarily professional, friendly and supportive. They foster an atmosphere that makes us clients really feel a part of family. The owner, Scot, is deeply involved and committed to helping his clients to succeed and truly cares about his staff and clients. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a great place to get healthier or just need a good place to workout look no further than Iron Bound Gym.I’m very certain you will be very glad and pleased that you joined. The prices are very reasonable and fair. Please check them out.

In my 3 years of going to iron bound gym I have seen constant upgrades to their top of the line equipment, many additions to their free classes and community events, And all of the love put in by both the owner and the staff to ensure that iron bound gym remains as the most welcoming community's in Williamsburg.

I've been coming to this gym for a few years as life has brought me to Williamsburg. The owner seems to always be in the gym and today was no different as he was cleaning equipment. All the equipment is top notch and well maintained. He's always upgrading equipment and I was able to use some of the new equipment today. I cannot recommend this gym enough.
