Easy to call and book a time to review what you need. Very customer oriented. Knowledgeable on tax law and new rules. Fee is reasonable for the work they do. I've used them for years.

The two gentlemen who were at this location on Merrimac Trail were so amazing! Very professional and were more than happy to help use even while we had our two young kids tag along! They were also able to process our taxes ( drop off and go) in a timely manner.

I have to be honest, I went into this halfway expecting to be rushed through and sent out the door as quickly as possible (which has often been my experience when filing my taxes at some of your competitors). I couldn’t have been more surprised or pleased with this experience. You can tell how passionate Denton is about his job- he went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and my refund was maximized. Jackson Hewitt better never let him go, but if they’re d*** enough to, I’ll definitely be following him.

Have been a valued customer for 8 yrs every year i pay them pretty much $500 to file my taxes and they use to always be so nice and friendly and helpful until this yr they have did nothing but be sarcastic and rude and treated me as if i wasnt worth their time...
