I don't think I've left a negative review for anyone on here ever. But then again I've never been treated so poorly by an employee at a business. I pulled up to the middle garage to have my oil changed. Two employees were standing to the side vaping. The heavy set Caucasian female with brown hair pulled back and a tongue ring stepped over into the lane to my right just as I finished pulling up. I was the only customer in the lot. She rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath. I'm assuming bc I didn't pull into her lane. The lane she wasn't in until I had already parked. I decided to call her out on what she had just done. I rolled my window down and asked her to please repeat what she had just said. She refused. During this time another customer was pulling and apparently having a difficult time navigating the painted arrows. She rolled her eyes at that customer and, bc my window was now down, I heard what she said. So I doubled down and asked her to repeat what she had said to me. She started to complain that I was in the wrong lane. I asked to deal with somebody else, a manager or anyone but her. She yelled that she was the manager. After that I began to pull away telling her I'd figure out who was actually in charge. She started to scream "Leave and don't come back!" This was in front of other employees and one other customer. I made contact with the actual manager, Daniel. He seemed nice enough but sounded like a kid on the phone. He didn't ask my name or for any info. I attempted to contact Jason Johnson, the district manager. I tried twice with no response. I manage people at work so I get that good help is hard to find. Especially with young people who don't really need the job. But to allow this sort of thing, it's a top down problem. I'm relegated to posting this as my only outlet. Any other place will better serve you for an oil change. Stay far away from the Second St. Jiffy Lube

10/10 would recommend. I had an incident in their parking lot when a third party tow truck mangled my car and the staff at Jiffy Lube were incredibly nice and helpful. The manager Tiffany especially went above and beyond her duties to help manage a very stressful situation when she had no responsibility to do so. Give her and PJ raises.

Horrible service. Almost 10 minutes just to check us in. 4 guys standing around while a lone girl took details of what we wanted. The manager pulls in while this is happening. The manager threads a needle pulling into the reserved space, between truck customer and an employee car. I say to my wife, that's a gutsy move, probaby sees everyone standing around and wants to get things moving. Nope. Walks over and grabs a water bottle, then a utility knife to cut the plastic off the pallet in the 3rd bay. Then, starts unloading it. Next, one truck in a bay and the entire team standing around it or working on it. 30 minute goes by and they pull my car in. Another customer is waiting with us. They then pull both of us in and start to vacuuming. 35 minutes has passed. Heard an employee yell, bay 2 has an oil leak, thats me,no one comes in to say anything. 40 minutes now. Other customer waiting with us, watches as an employee with dirty hands leaves finger prints on his door. 45 minutes now. 50 minutes and we're paying. We say something and the cashier says we were training new employees.

The people that work at the Jiffy lube on second street are fantastic. The company should make it easier for patrons to drive in. I’ve sent responses before in the lack of attention to the potholes. I’ve been going to this fabulous location for 4 years and the Company does patchwork, but The problem should be addressed with new asphalt. Once I was able to maneuver around the holes, as always, the employees are first rate. Everybody should get a raise in that facility.

The manager was very kind and helpful. Very good customer service. I didn't get his name though. Update: went to get a tune up at Jiffy Lube because they were a lot cheaper than American Pride.
