I guess it is a sign of the decline of “brick and mortar “ businesses, but Kohl’s sure isn’t helping the situation. I went to find a few new dress shirts, like I’ve done for years, but the suit/dress shirt area was filled with cheap t shirts. Not a dress shirt to be found, and we were the only customers in the entire store. On a Friday night! In years past a trip to Kohl’s was always a pleasant experience, now it’s just a depressing feeling to see the decline of what used to be a staple for my family’s clothing needs. Guess I’ll be shopping online tonight like everyone else.

Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Not too crowded, easy transaction. I will remember to stop by and enjoy Kohl's on a regular basis.

We went to your Williamsburg store on Friday 12/22 and was very pleased with the reception we received. Store was in order and checkout was a breeze. Employees were extremely helpful and kind. We were.at the Newport News store earlier in the week but it was so busy and overcrewded , not because of anything Kohl’s could be held responsible .We left our purchase and decided to go to the Williamsburg store later.
