I went in with work clothes, so I was immediately met with attitude when asked about how to consign some clothing here. The old woman condescendingly described what "high-end" clothes were to me and basically assumed I would bring things that belonged in a Goodwill.... I then proceeded to tell her in French that I have a Parisienne family and am very aware of what Haute Couture is vs. Off the rack clothing. BTW, "A New Day" label that she had plenty of in the store to sell is from Target, so they need a class in fashion. Also, much of what is there is really old and overpriced. I do not recommend it.

I left two designer bags for them to sell, they said I could get them back anytime if they were not sold. After 2 months I went to pick them up and they couldn’t find one of the bags. Next day they sent me an email saying they sold it the day before and they would pay me by the end of the month. End of the month I call and they tell me they won’t pay me until next month. Conclusion: don’t trust they would pay you if they sell your item, also they may loose them!

The staff is the rudest, I have ever met. Yes, they carry 2nd hand designer wear, emphasis on 2nd hand…the prices are way too high! Use “Poshmark”!

Super selection of high end clothing, shoes, and purses. The service was great and the ladies were helpful but not over bearing. We were visiting from out of town and they were happy to talk about where we were from and things in the area.

Preferably I shop at the consignment shops in Connecticut and NY.Some items here are nice but clearly many are overpriced.The staff here is rude and unwelcoming. This is especially true of the older lady, specifically the brunette with the dated 80’s hairstyle.“Ladybug’s” consigned items should not cost the same as a brand new one from “Nordstroms”. If the items stay on the shelf too long that only means that your prices are too high.Correct your pricing and upgrade your staff.Grade- FRyan’s Reviews

I love consignment stores. I heard about this place from a new acquaintance. So I thought I would check it out on my way back to Richmond. I found a number of lovely things in my size, including a hardly worn pair of Franco Sarto black sling backs (just what I needed) for about $30. I look forward to checking out their inventory when passing through town again.

Beautiful boutique but the service is super rude. My friend and I tried some expensive things on, and not once were we greeted or acknowledged by the staff, while they chatted with a few other customers who walked in. Possible judging us for speaking a foreign language - just my assumption. The vibe overall as unwelcoming and despite some great items we didn’t feel inclined to make a purchase.
