ATM, how you inset your card is CRAZY. Why change? Virtual assistant is the absolute WORST. Can’t use your Debit Card at any other bank! Closet location is an hour away. Website isn’t user friendly.

I was doing a transaction that I needed assistance with and chose to use my Langley account to complete it. Tameka was excellent and very helpful throughout the whole process and made it feel like a breeze. Im considering banking with Langley more often !

The drive thru ATM has been out of order for a month. TODAY the drive thru was STILL out of order, so I went to the ATM by the entrance. There was no sign on the entrance ATM so I wasted more time putting my card in and getting rejected. I finally went into the bank to get cash, and the teller acted as if I was a liar when I told her there was no out of order sign on the entrance ATM. THEN, Langley Security stopped my debit card because of the cash request at the non-working ATM with no sign. I think my card is up and running again BUT an hour after Langley texted me saying I could use my card they sent another VM asking me to call security again. Honestly, CAN'T MAKE THIS GARBAGE UP.

Charge $160 late fee because their system won’t update automatic mortgage payments when escrow changes. The payments are supposed to be automatic for a reason. Then, when you go to pay the full amount due, they will not accept a payment online or over the phone because their system will only accept balance due AND next month’s payment. Will be filing a complaint for this egregious and unethical conduct.

Worst people to take a loan from even when you payed off your balance they reposes your car & then try to lie. I hate this company. Do get a loan with them. Worst company ever.

Had to get a new debit card because of suspicious activity. New debit card wouldn't arrive for 10-14 days so I had to go to the bank. Went by on Friday and they were out of cards, Williamsburg bank. Went back on Saturday and got my card punched in my new pin and thanked the bank rep. Tried to use it that night for a dinner date and card was declined. Tried to activate it on Sunday and could not because it could only be done during normal business hours; even though it is automated. Called Monday and worked my way through the automated system and activated my card. Went to use it for lunch and card was declined again. Called customer service and waited for 28 minutes to speak with a person and she told me they linked it to an account I no longer used and she would try to fix it. She put me on hold and 5 minutes later my call got dropped. Now I am here again waiting for 20+ minutes to try and fix this very aggravating issue.

Tried to open account after trying to schedule online. Drove over as online appt page wouldn't work. Stood in a line that never moved. After 30 minutes left and will go elsewhere. Not a good way to conduct business.

not if anyone can help but i have been on hold literally with langley contact center for 7 hours thats right 7 hours and counting. i have called every phone number i can find and no one will answer? is this the governement? this is crazy they have my money!

Called today to try to speak to someone and no one answered been on hold for almost 1 hour poor customer service if you ask me just trying to get help with a auto loan I have through you all shouldn’t be this frustrating to get assistance are you short staffed? Or what

Trash bank, don’t get a car loan from them, you provide proof of insurance And they still want to charge you interest and $400 /month for their trash insurance

I went in without an appointment to try and sort a few things out after a death in the family. Despite being understaffed, Tameka took the time to help me and resolve all of my issues. Really genuine and caring customer service. She went above and beyond which meant a lot during such a difficult time. Thank you, Tameka!

Took a loan out with them to get a vehicle last June. Never missed a payment came straight from my checking. Everything was fine. Payment 360 a month. Car was gone in the morning. Called Langley and asked what happened. They explained that my insurance wasn't renewed fast enough so they took the liberty upon themselves to add 3000 DOLLARS onto my loan and make my payments 420 with a bunch of hidden fees. So the passed few months with NO EMAIL OR CALL they were charging me additional fees and a higher payments. THEN had the audacity to tell me I can't see my ledger on my payment history. Respectfully argued that it's my information and I'm entitled to it. They are sending it now. Langely has been by far the worst experience I have had when it comes to banks, loans as well as customer support on the issue. Apparently the customer is never right and errors on their end is impossible.. -5 stars... and this is supposed to be a Christian ran business smh.

“DO NOT USE THE ATM HERE” I’ve been a customer for over 5 years used atm at different branches with no problem. One morning I deposited $340 of that there were 8x20 dollar bills, the machine only counted 4x20 dollar bills. I went inside to explain what happen and filled out a form. It’s been a week already and I still haven’t gotten my lost money…
