The salon was spotless, and the atmosphere was very inviting. The gel colors were chic and have lasted beautifully without chipping. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. Booking my appointment in advance is a must!

I have been coming here for a few months with my daughter. Today we got pedicures and it was SO STRESSFUL that I was in tears. I still was charged $80 plus tip and asked for a discount due to the experience and was not given one. The girl doing my 6 year old daughters nails kept hurting her and when I had to keep repeating " just clip and polish" since the cuticle scraper hurts her and she doesn't like the cuticle clippers, she would not listen and kept doing it. I had to keep saying...please stop it hurts her she doesn't like it we don't need to do it. Then I had to repeat what color my daughter wanted on her toes multiple times and they still kept putting the wrong one on. The lady doing my nails could not get the French tips right and had to get someone else to do it and kept apologizing and messing up. My daughter asked for a butterfly on her toe which I said also and the girl was doing clouds. She took off the clouds and couldn't do the butterfly so she left it blank until I asked someone else to please put a butterfly on her toe. It was the worst and most stressful experience and all the girl said was sorry. I was in tears from the stress and I never get frustrated but this was awful and I am very upset.

My kid and I have been following Kim and Tyler for over 10 years. Their staff is always friendly and on time. Always have a great experience with them. calming atmosphere. service is great, couldn't ask for a better place to get my nails ,pedi and eyebrows done .

So happy for my friend referring me to this place as I searched for a new nail salon. This place is so much better than the previous one. Kim took care of my hub's pedicure while Peter did mine. Both were so gentle and used individually sanitized kits. The edges of the tools were sharp enough for our nails so we didn't feel any discomfort at all. The foot tubs were lined. I had such a relaxing massage on my legs. Hubs was so pleased as well. The piece de resistance was the fact that I got a true Dip and not something weird so I was able to get out one hour earlier than at the previous place. So happy here and booked more appointments for us. This place is cleaner than previous one btw. I was jumpy but that's because I had been hurt at the previous place so I told Kim not to fret if I startled as it will take time for me to recover from the previous place. This salon has relaxation music playing which helps along with massaging chairs but I'm not really happy with chair massages as I feel as if I am being beaten. Nevertheless they have them.

This was fantastic a month ago. Something happened and the staff was replaced. A young gal who was adorable destroyed my nails. It will take many months for them to grow back.
