McDonald’s lost a customer for life today. Not only will I never return this location I’ll never return to any of their locations.Ordered ahead on the mobile app, wasn’t ready when I got there. (This has happened more than once.) Then they would not refund the purchase when I told them I wanted my money back. They said since it was ordered through the app I would have to call for a refund. The app has a multitude of options, but none of them are requesting a refund. Here’s a company that’s grown too big and is hopeless out of touch with their customer. I will never return.

This McDonald’s I’ve tried multiple times while living here, and I’m reluctant to leave bad reviews, but this one I think warrants it. Every time I’ve gone here across a 7 month span, something has been broken. I walk inside to place an order at the counter and no one is ever there. I’ll stand there for 15 minutes while employees serve the drive thru, but ignore the interior. I’m just disappointed at this point.

Staff was very nice restaurant was very clean only complain I have is the chicken nuggets when I got them or Stone Cold.

What a visit, we walked in after placing a mobile order for counter pick up. Upon entering, we walked into employees SCREAMING at customers, because their COMPUTER was down. One gentleman stated he had been standing there for 20+ min and was told nothing. Then a crack-head looking overweight manager came in and started screaming at him and told him he may want to take his business elsewhere. We witnessed multiple people walk out over this disturbance, and we were made to wait over 15 min for our food. I understand your computers go down, but you should NOT be yelling at customers who have already paid for their food. While no one in my party was directly yelled at, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Took the family for breakfast on the way to DC. Service took close to 25 mins, food was cold and we had food missing.

I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for my food. No one is available to inquire about a timeframe. All employees are behind the walls. I cannot order from a human, even when all the kiosks are occupied with customers.

Need more employees. Fix the McDonald’s sign outside to get more customers. It’s too hidden. Also the employees can help customers at the counter instead of directing them to use kiosk.

I was waiting for my food, finally got it, and I was missing a McChicken, waited in the counter for 5 min, the manager was on the phone ignoring me, and employe in the kitchen eating looking at me and ignoring me as well, finally the manager saw me and ask what I need and finally gave it to me.

Hate giving rating like this and I do like McDonald's once in awhile but this particular one is so poorly run. I go here more often than I care to admit and every single time it's a waiting game. They are poorly staffed during all times of the day. I have waited as long as 25 minutes in the drive thru line and there would only be one car in front of me on multiple occasions. Wish it was better because it is super convenient for me to come here. If you are looking for a quick meal and in a hurry stay away from here.

I liked the food but the kids they hired were too apathetic when i said i need a new receipt because the kiosk ran out of tonor...this has happened twice now....so who is responsible for the machines?
