Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve seen in a long while. Trash everywhere and everything is a mess, manger told employees to clean it up and then left, 20 minutes later everything is still a mess. Half kiosks don’t work and half the drinks don’t work.

It's a McDonald's. We all pretty much know what to expect, and this one is no different from the rest, which is why they're so successful. An Egg Mcmuffin and Hash Brown is a pretty good way to start the day. Every now and then. 4 out of 5 rating.

They were the worst service ever the general manager was mad disrespectful and they were trying to charge me for steak Bagel sauce for a steak sandwich that I got and making me go all the way around back into the line for it for no reason

I am a tour bus driver I have been coming to this location for years with groups after today I will no longer bring any more of my group here The professionalism and the attitudes of the employee and the manager on staff Friday, April 5 2024 at 1:10 PM The treatment was so bad that turned my stomach, knowing that I’ve been coming here for so long maybe someone in the higher Will address this fortunate behavior

I normally don’t leave reviews but this had to be the worst drive through experience I have ever had. Not only were we sitting at the drive through order screen calling for service, we had to correct every step of our order. When we got our food we somehow ended up paying for something we did not order and we were missing our sauces.

I placed an order thought the app while on my way back to Hampton and it decided to randomly switch to the pocohontas trail as I was paying. I paid was told online to contact the resturaunt for a refund. Then when I called them they said it’s not our problem look online. Online sent me in a loop.
