Absolutely the best car wash in Williamsburg!
Mega Auto Spa is incredible. They spent over an hour detailing the inside of my car for a super reasonable price, and the results were unbelievable - every nook and cranny was spotless. I’ve paid more at other places in Williamsburg that didn’t even come close to this level of detail. The team here goes above and beyond, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. If you want your car to look brand new again, this is the place to go!

I was hoping my $50 would pay off but they in fact did not I got in my car and found so much dust and dirt everywhere. I was hoping even to get a good vacuum but instead I found crumbs, dust and hair everywhere I could do better than that at my own house $58 was definitely not worth it. There was dirt and gunk all in my cupholders, and whatever the products they used on the windows left streaks, when I put my car in, I asked if I put in good enough, and the lady would barely acknowledge or talk to me. She didn’t even look at me once. Customer service was awful. I tried being nice and telling the people to have a good day. Only one person answer me back. I’m very disappointed. The lady just expect me to know everything and what to do even though that was my first time there, and she was very snotty.

Car wash is either hit or miss.. If the worker running the car wash actually does what they are supposed to do (pressure wash wheel wells and front/rear bumper) it comes out clean. However, that is usually not the case.

It’s worth it to get a membership. You’ll save money. Vacuuming and clean rags are available after the wash.

I was so hoping to have a wonderful experience like so many have told me they have received. The exterior wash was fine though it was not 100% clean. The trunk area should have been pretreated like the hood was. Still had bird poop and dirt spots. My windshield was streaked. You could not tell until the sunlight hit it. The back window was as never touched. I know it’s hard to climb in the back seat of a Mustang to clean the window but that is part of your job and why I tip well. I had heard wonderful things about Mega Spa and how they are better than Buggy Bath but not today. Paid more money and gave a nice tip to have my own front and back windows look like crap. Not happy with the service.

Auto spa in Williamsburg has a phenomenal team of people that will get your car looking pretty perfect. I have been twice now, and both times my car is perfectly clean and smells so nice. Under 30 minutes to get the whole thing too, and a pretty fair price!
My only disgruntle and it's very small: don't ask the workers to surprise you on a scent, because they won't pick one and your car will smell like a public restroom LOL

This location usually runs the car wash and interior detailing like clockwork on Saturday mornings. They must be short staffed because I waited in my car in the detailing bay about 10 minutes for someone to take the key, ask what scent, etc. do some hiring!

Stop to make appointment to plug tire and they invited me in to have it done while I wait immediately and within 65 minutes. I was out the door and tire was plugged with 100% efficiency.
For a pre-owned auto establishment, this profit center exudes service and has a lovely showroom and sincere employees..
