Horrible customer service! Saw the bag I wanted and went with it to the register for check out. Well there was no one who felt like to ring me up. 2 ladys in the back where moving boxes around looked at me and kept on going. Despite to mention these two lady's were running the register just before I went to check out. We'll what can I say.... I left the bag at the register and left. This is not were I spend my money at period!

This was my first time visiting a Michael Kors outlet and I had an amazing experience. Store was very clean and nicely organized. Shortly after I arrived and was browsing, I was greeted by a nice lady named Miroslava. Told her I was shopping for a purse and was just taking my time looking. She explained that there was a current promotion going on that if I bought a wallet and a purse together, it would be 20% off, so I was super excited. As I continue to look, I ended up with two purses in my hand debating on which one to get and was looking for a wallet, she let me know that I could actually get both purses for 20% off with the wallet purchase and that it was a 3 item max with the discount so I decided to get both purses. She also helped me decide on the wallet since I was also torn between two. She pointed out how one was a softer leather, and the other one was a harder so that would last longer. They had a large selection of purses and wallets and they also had some very nice clearance items so I ended up getting a book bag for a great deal as well. They had a selection of clothes items also but I didn’t take the time to look at it. When I was ready for checkout Mirsolava rang me up then headed to the back to grab brand new merchandise that had never been opened from original packaging. I was excited since I got products that had never been handled from other customers before. I came home and unwrapped everything and everything is beautiful. I’m super excited about my purchases and will definitely be back to visit again, I look forward to being assisted by Mirsolava again I appreciated her attentive customer service, and recommendations. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Very disappointed in my bag I bought it in June and here it is just December and the black rubber is coming off my straps for over 100.00 this bag should not be coming apart within 6 months

I went shopping yesterday and a lady who is a Latina cashier was not pleasant at all with me she needs more experience how to treat customers she is not a good employee the Latin cashier she speaks english and spanish

I called on Monday (12/2) and placed an order. I gave all my info for billing and shipping (spelled). Needless to say when I checked my email, named was incorrect for billing and part od my last name was missing!! Contacted cust svc on Tues, Thu, and Fri - was told ordwr would be canceled (it was NOT!)! Asked to speak to a supervisor, they NEVER let you talk to someone!! I will get my handbags from local stores from now on or will have my partner gift me with Coach handbags again!! He loves giving me Michael Kors but this experience makes me NOT WANT ANOTHER!!

We were shopping at the Michael Kors Outlet in Wrentham, MA. They did not have the handbag that we wanted so they located it at this Michael Kors Outlet in Williamsburg, VA.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Adrianna at this location and she took all the information that they needed so they could send me a link to pay for the purchase and they would send it out to us.
I just want to say that Adrianna went over and above to help us out in this matter. She has a great personality and it was a pleasure to speak with her. I wish all store employees were this nice.

Lauren was absolutely amazing! She provided great customer service. I actually came back in the store twice within 2 hours and shopped with her. She had me step outside my comfort zone and pick a bag that I would not typically pick and I am in love with it. I am in love and appreciate the great service.

I visited this location an hour away from my home yesterday. I had a $50 off coupon which clearly stated that it could be used here. The young lady that was working would NOT allow me to use it because it didn’t come up in her system. I explained to her that I could give her the code, but she wouldn’t allow that. The way that she spoke was not kind. She did not try to offer ANY solutions or to help in any way! The young man there working with her was apologetic and even said that he was sorry for the inconvenience. I called customer service and they said that they would place the order for me and use the $50 off plus an additional yearly $20 bonus (both which were visible on my account) but unfortunately that style was out of stock online. Once home, I searched for another style. I placed my order myself on the MK site. It is not the style that I wanted, but at least I was able to use the $50 discount. The other salespeople in this store were kind so I gave two stars.
