Does the management ever wonder why their store isn't as busy as such a nice store should be? Umm maybe it's your nasty employees. From the Dunkin counter guy acting like it was a bother to take an order to the cook who slung our food at is without making eye contact to the two girls at the convenience register that had something ugly to say about every customer who came and left the store. Please do better.

The old cashier lady was being loud about customer complaints and embarassing the dunkin workers infront of the customers. If you want them to be faster hire more people!!! Don’t hold up my transaction to embarrass your coworkers. The dunkin workers are always super nice to me and make the drinks better than the actual dunkin down the road. Do better Tammy!

HAVE DUNKIN DONUTS TAKE ORDERS INSIDE. NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT IN A LINE 10 CARS DEEP. VERY UNSAFE TO HAVE CUSTOMERS "PARKING" ON HIGHWAY WAITING IN CUE

Located just off the main drag in Williamsburg with a well-stocked convenience mart and clean restrooms. BP gas prices are comparable to other discount stations in town. 12 functioning pumps were open September 2021 with no wait time. If you purchase a car wash, there is an extra 20 cents off per gallon. Dunkin also co-located here with drive thru.

Went to get gas and a soda…I’m from out of town and I always go here. Put in my credit card at the pump and at the same time as the man on the other side of the pump, the screen went dark on both sides. He left. I went in and attempted to ask the clerk about what happened. She really didn’t care. She was not busy. Did not answer my questions about what happened, didn’t explain anything. I was concerned that my card info had already been entered at the pump….she really just did not care. I should have left. I won’t be back. I will find another place to fill up and get my soda.Haha…I just noticed the question at the bottom of the receipt…who is YOUR favorite Miller’s Clerk?

We went in to get Dunkin coffee and 2 workers were standing behind the counter talking too busy to give a greeting or acknowledgement. There is a sign up on the Dunkin register that says drive thru only unfortunately. I used the restroom while my husband went to get in the drive thru. This is what the restroom looked like. There is either blood or fecal matter on the walls, paper and trash all over the floor, and tons of long hair all over. When I came out of the restroom, the employees were in a very in-depth conversation that detailed how she couldn't wait to get off work and get out of there. Again, no acknowledgement from either employee. It's a shame that this lack of customer service is allowed. By the way, we chose not to get breakfast here since I'm sure the level of cleanliness in the bathroom extends to the kitchen.

Worst place in the town to go to. There is an older black women as the cashier and there is a younger black female working the donut shop and both are rude and act like they both don,t like white people. Unfriendly, I was in line and I am white, the older black cashier took 2 black people before me while the donut black female laughed. Very low budget and low standards, but then again look at who they got working there. Mystery solved!

Slow. No one at dunkin donut. Lady behind register did not know how to use it. The other employee was to busy eating and propping up on the counter to worry about customers.

For those of you here locally, Chris and Ik frequent the Millers Mart at 6384 Richmond Rd., corner of Centerville. I usually get gas there and Chris stops for a donut and coffee almost every morning. This morning he was accused of dumping trash in their dumpster. The manager was not there to discuss the issue with. Of course Chris has never dumped trash there. I stopped in later this morning and the manager was in. Immediately she was rude and belligerent. She showed me a picture of the man and the vehicle, and of course, not Chris or one of our vehicles. She remained threatening, extremely rude. Not as much as an apology for mistaken identity. Actually, she threatened to call the police on me! Her name is Marie. Obviously Chris and I will no longer be taking our business to that establishment, no matter how convenient.
