Rebecca Gonce (Nurse Practitioner) did an awesome job, she was knowledgeable, accommodating, & easy to talk to. I have a lot of anxiety regarding getting checked out, but this was simple, & relaxed. Just pick an appointment time, fill out your medical info on your phone before you arrive, & there’s nothing to it.

I visited here on Nov. 30th for a nasty cough, very painful sinus pressure and congestion, and a loss of taste and smell. I got sent home with a cough suppressant and a nasal spray for “rhinitis”, didnt get tested for anything (I was told there was “no point in testing” since i was on day 4 of symptoms), and was told it was just a viral upper respiratory infection. I went back to a different urgent care location today (the 1st) because I got worse overnight and tested positive for COVID. I am beyond angry that I got sent home for a “viral URI from allergies” when in reality I had COVID. Absolutely negligent.

So I just waited for my appt for a medication refill that I left behind at home on vacation. An Albuterol inhaler and Amoxicillin….only to be told they don’t do antibiotic prescriptions?!?! It doesn’t say that on the website. The Minute Clinic advertises that they can manage Diabetes and Hypertension, but they can’t give penicillin? I am a RN, so I can’t for the life of me understand how you can manage cardiac or other serious conditions like Diabetes AT A MINUTE CLINIC, but can’t give an antibiotic Rx for someone who left them behind accidentally at home. I’m not coming in asking for narcotics for Pete’s sake!DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF TREATABLE INFECTION. You’ll be told to go the nearest “Urgent Care”. If the Minute Clinic isn’t an urgent care, YOU SHOULD SAY THAT ON THE WEBSITE.

Went there because I needed a health screening for my job. With the insurance it has to be a certain time period. Went in on Saturday. First or all they were taking people ahead of me. I had an appointment at 11 and so did another lady. I have been checked in way ahead of this lady but they took her in first. Get in and been seenGo home to put in my numbers on my insurance website and she forgot to put my glucose number on my paper. So I called back spoke with someone and they were going to call me backNever received a call. So I've tried several times leaving messages and still no call backFinally got to talk with someone she told me she wasn't authorized to do anythingThat the nurse practitioner had to do it and she will have her do it. Don't know if the nurse got the message or not but I still haven't heard anything from anyone. So I decided to go by today and one lady said I had to talk to the nurse. So when the nurse was available I explained to her what was going on and she brushed me off and looked at me like I was crazy. Then said she didn't have time that she will give me a number to contact someone. I explained I didn't that twice already and I haven't gotten any help. But I saw another person that that looked as if she was doing the same thing and she was helped. This seems like a prejudice situation and I'm getting the NAaCP involved. I had to have this in by a certain date and that date has passed due to these ladies. I will not be going back. Plus this is a free service to me and she was going to charge me $99. Sad situationTake your time and go to your primary care physician

Great experience with the minute clinic on New Years Eve 2022.I made an appointment the day before online. I checked in ahead of the visit as instructed, and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as advised.I was seen promptly, the doctor was patient and efficient, and the pharmacy was able to fill my script while I was on site. I was in and out of the building in less than an hour, with the medicine I needed. Thank you!

ZERO STARSUnless you are going just for a vaccine or specific test (flu, Covid, etc.,) then this "clinic" is a waste of time. We took our son there with a bad stomach ache because we couldn't get him into an urgent care and his pediatrician's office is closed for the next 4 days. The nurse did nothing for him and said he needs to see his regular doctor. If I could get him an appointment to see his regular doctor in a timely manner, then I wouldn't have brought him to the clinic. Total waste of time and money!

Saw NP Agnes today. Did not appear to have good assessment skills whatsoever nor knowledge of anything pertaining to medications, etc. She is not a warm person and appeared to be cold and uncaring. Very confused after this visit and viewed it as a waste of time.

I got a PCR Covid test Saturday morning. They said results would take 24-48 hours (I had family coming to visit Monday). It is now Tuesday afternoon and they just said it would be 1-2 days. The test is now useless. DON'T GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING

Minute clinic website stated that they can refill prescriptions. I have gotten the same prescription at cvs for more than a decade but ran out on vacation. Provider was less than helpful. Complete waste of time. Will never use minute clinic again! If I could stop using CVS altogether I would, but my insurance requires me using them.

Minute clinic people were nice when I needed treatment, but there is no number to call and ask for test results or to discuss follow up help.Every time I called the provided number, I would be transferred to a random CVS or I would be hung up on.Beth from the pharmacy was lovely as to try and connect me to the minute clinic, but if you’re needing continued help and care, I wouldn’t recommend this service.Go to a urgent care instead.

Drive through Covid 19 test.....I would have given 5 star but the turn around time for results is ridiculous. It was super easy to make an appointment and 30 minutes later i was being tested. The process was very easy convenient and the N.P. was great. Minute Clinic advertises that test results will be 2-4 days. 8 days later still no test results and no one to call etc. Just recorded msgs. press #1 etc. They haven't updated their advertising and I think people are still being misled. I cannot return to work until I have been cleared and I would have gone someplace else had I known it would take this long. If you need a quick turn around don't go to minute clinic. If you aren't concerned with turn around time then I would recommend minute clinic.

Only rating this high to boost the ratings. Doctor was very helpful and understanding. She made many great recommendations but kept checking with me out of respect for my wallet and the moths that live within. This was the best, cheapest option that im glad I took. Everywhere else, a treatment and prescription would been $280+ but i got exactly what i needed for about half that. (And don't listen to the wait times. Mine said 40 but I was seen in 20 min)
