Stayed 1 month in December. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and no bugs. They even cooked dinner for everyone on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Thanks to all the staff and management.Walkability: Good location for everything you need.

Almost arriving didn't seem like there was no one that motel. My husband and I had reservations and was checking in and it went smooth. But there was a small issue with our room. So we was going to leave. However their would be a $97 cancelation. She stated if we wanted to leave she would wave it. So I ended speaking to my husband and he said ww could talk to her. That's when she provided us with a different room but even better. As we walking towards the room a woman let's her vicious fog out and the dog almost attacked me and my hubby.. Just 2 days ago that woman did it again. We reported to the front and all she kept saying is I will talk to them. Then in room 11 we had cold water in our shower. Room 110 which is the room my kids had their hot water was on point. The wifi wasn't working and we was told to go to breakfast area. We was their because it was my twins bday and they wanted to go to VA and have fun. Their was quite alot of s*** wrong. My husband and I agree this is not where we going to come back again. Ooh and There is no breakfast either. Not even bag ones and it was advertised. I spoke to her about it and she stated she would do breakfast the next day since I asked. I had told my kids and they were looking forward to it. But she fabricated and it wasn't nothing. My kids said their room smelled like cigarettes and old people. Since you on a budget and don't really care. This place is for you. Just be aware of the dog in the other building and no wifi and cold water in some of the showers. And etc.

Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. a/c works great!!!! had plenty of clean towels, got an awesome deal will deff stay here again when passing thru.

Terrible place to stay long-term. Waited almost 2 weeks to even get cable in my room, shower head was faulty and sprayed water back at the wall every time it was turned on, and I was charged for an extra week after I left here and told I was going to be refunded my money and still have yet to receive a refund after contacting them multiple times.

UNSAFE HOTEL/ DONT RISK YOUR LIFE. Please, please do not stay at this Motel. I understand you get what you pay for but this is the most unsafe motel we have ever stayed at. The room key that they provided, it’s a master key that can open all other guests rooms. We accidentally used my sons grandparents room key on our door and it opened it, we then went to test our theory that one key opens all doors, we use our key to open other door (cousins) and it opened it. After confronting Darlenne about this issue she refused to refund our stay there and did not do anything about it. We packed our things and left bc the doors wouldn’t lock and now knowing anyone could come in at night into our rooms, was too unsafe to stay there. Worse management attitude ever!

Highly recommend this motel especially if you’re here to work at the paper mill. Great rooms for the prices and awesome staff that go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible.

The lady in the front that limps has the worst attitude ever I'll pray for her do not waste your time with this hotel if your going to pay 50$ a night might as well be somewhere

Location is cool, After all the remodeling I hope the cigarette smell goes away. I booked this hotel through"Booking"with hopes to have a breakfast and I didn't, maybe better luck next time

BED BUGS & NASTY ATTITUDES!!! Someone Higher Up needs to contact me. There are BED BUGS at this Hotel. When i spoke with someone about this the so called GM began yelling and catching an attitude with me. Basically telling me I'm a Liar. She had a nasty attitude and was very disrespectful. Yelling, calling me a liar, being very argumentative and all I said was "Hi, I stayed in room 119. She went LEFT. I'm going to the News. So Serious. My guest and I will be showing them photos of all these little bite Mark's that are all over our legs. Small trails of bites. This so called GM didnt take the time to hear me out. She had Zero concern for the situation and was just as NASTY as this hotel! She doesn't even know how to talk to a Customer. This couldve been dealt with in a different manner. I wanted to inform them of what occurred. Now I'm reporting this to all levels. Her lack of concern, NASTY Attitude and BED BUGS will be sent to the Local News Station.
