They were helpful, but the guy tried to price gouge me on a tow off the side of the road. I end up getting a tow for 1/3 the cost. I guess they thought I was desperate. Call their competitor and they came right out.

My wife, Gina, and I want to thank Mr.T’s for a great job done on our vehicle. We were on vacation getting ready to leave and we had an issue with our Honda pilot. Mr. T garage got us in the same day and fixed the problem the same day. This was not an easy problem to fix. I am very thankful. They were very hospitable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My car's alternator had an issue on our way to Williamsburg (3 hours away from home). Luckily, I found a reputable place nearby for the repair. Two years later, my alternator was starting to go bad again, so I called Mr. T to see if the part was under warranty. Terry at Mr. T really went the extra mile - she called around to different suppliers and arranged for the part to be delivered directly to the auto repair shop in my area. I wish Mr. T Auto Shop were closer, because it would definitely be my go-to shop for car repairs. They provide excellent service, even from a distance.

Such excellent, timely, and considerate car care each time I have visited Mr. T's. Whether for brake pad service, headlight replacement, or other maintenance- Rav4 has had such wonderful and fair treatment there!
